When I reordered the bands I mistakenly ordered a different model of what I had ordered previously. I was not happy upon opening the box. The quality is not as good as the ones I previously ordered. I have to write it off to a mistake on my part. I do wish the rep I spoke to when ordering had caught it. Hind sight is 20 20 :(.

BEWARE! I was told by a manager Charlie he didn't care if I wrote a bad review they don't mean anything. However I must warn anyone from ordering from this company. I have had issue after issue. I paid for rush shipping and was given a date for my order to be delivered. That didn't happen the 1st time, the 2nd, the 3rd or the 4th time. I was told by Ernesto I would receive a refund and my order however after talking with Charlie he told me that would never happen. He said I requested a refund which was a lie Ernesto told me to request a refund due to the issues I had. I was then told I needed to call and confirm my order for it to be delivered after all of these issues that's why there was another delay. Does that even make sense? I did this several times and still no order. I never write reviews and always give businesses second chances however this is just down right unprofessional and ridiculous. Just beware they don't deliver on time and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
First their website tells you it's in stock, then is not then they tell you the artwork has to many colors, paid for full color, and it was their artwork. Requested refund, they argue with you for days. They tell you the issued a refund. They didn't. Had to file complaint with cc bank. Never buy from them again.

The graphic on the mug was a little pixally.
Everything went fine, although a small color mistake was made by the 24HourWristBands which they contacted me about within 24 hours (we chose multicolored, but showed as solid online). I spoke to someone online and my main concern was that this now caused a day delayed and would they compensate for that. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking and kept pushing for me to pay for expedited shipping. I felt this was a plow to get me to pay for the shipping. I refused and we still received the wristbands on time.
I wish I received all the wristbands in different boxes for different colors.

Product was ok but printing quality was terrible, although it is not guaranteed by company, so maybe bad quality is the expectation? BBB has them marked a as a poor vendor.
I wanted another logo on the back of the cup and was very confused as to why I couldn't do that. I couldn't understand customer service staff with their accents.
Great purchase, however I could NOT understand the customer service representative I called. She would stop speaking to me for an entire minute and didn't say if she was putting me on hold. It was a strange interaction. She was not able to help me.
The color was a neon pink than hot pink
