Customer service was great when I called to check on the order and they were able to expedite it. I'd recommend sending notifications when orders/ proofs aren't approved within a certain amount of time.

The product is ok, the experience of purchasing and getting my products delivered on time was misleading, costly, and I felt I was not heard. The website is purposely misleading about delivery times. I was told that 3 days really means 3 weeks and some how I should understand. I had to pay more just to get the product even following the website selection. Terrible experience. I do like the product so far

I emailed your company trying to get help or advice because, when applied, your tattoos were very sticky and stay sticky until we removed them. They gathered lint, stuck to clothing, and took on colors of things they touched because they were so sticky. I was not happy with the product and was hoping this was just a bad batch. I ordered 600 tattoos to use throughout the year at company events, but our CEO asked me to not use any more after our first event. Hoping you can help me with replacement or a refund.

Fantastic! Exceeded all my expectations with quick delivery and they sent me tons more than I purchased - extra product for free!
The only negative were the amount of emails I received after I placed the order. It became confusing to me and unnecessary. Other than that, I was very pleased with the ease in ordering, the approval of my order and the quick turnaround.
