I had no issues with the order process. My only major problem was with UPS. The order was not only not delivered by the date they projected, but after the delivery date came and went, they couldn't give me any sort of estimate when it would arrive. Had I not tracked down a very nice delivery driver, I would never have received it and my order would have been useless and a waste of money. The driver was able to manually track the order, find it in a shipping container that hadn't been unloaded, and leave it at the UPS facility guard station so I could pick it up at 10PM the night before my event. I suggest not using UPS. They are terrible.

When I had ordered the coozies the artwork was centered and the writing was centered. When I received the finished product the writing was no long centered as it had been in the final. There were some required changes made to the artwork but nothing that should have impacted the spacial integrity of the art or writing. Customer service then called to say the art was not centered and would we like it centered. After discussing that yes the art and writing should be centered with customer service we were then mailed a product that was no longer centered. Without time to make a new product we opted to keep the coozies despite the writing being off center.

I thoroughly enjoy the products we've gotten and I think your price points are more than fair, especially after having a competing company require a massive set up fee for seemingly no reason. However, your customer service line needs some work. It took way too much effort to cancel an order - multiple phone calls and interacting via Facebook - and I just wanted to cancel the order so I could place a second one with better products having been advised to do so from your team.

Website needs to be more informative regarding products, for example, there was no imprint area size for the OVAL hand fan. It was stated only as 8"x8" which is a ROUND size. If I create my art, I need to know my precise imprint area so I can make the art the right size. And it seems the customer representatives (at least the ones I spoke with) don't know what an imprint area really is. That was disappointing. I had to figure the exact measurements to create my art.
