When contacting customer service by phone they cant help you and just refer you to submit a help ticket online which I didn't quite understand the logic in that

At first, the shopping experience might seem a little overwhelming with all the possible purchase and customization options. However, thanks to the constant ability to see your item choice and modifications, there's no doubt that the final product will be exactly what you want. Plus, when an issue arose with one of the product designs being insufficient, customer support was easy to contact and very helpful.

I had no issues with the order process. My only major problem was with UPS. The order was not only not delivered by the date they projected, but after the delivery date came and went, they couldn't give me any sort of estimate when it would arrive. Had I not tracked down a very nice delivery driver, I would never have received it and my order would have been useless and a waste of money. The driver was able to manually track the order, find it in a shipping container that hadn't been unloaded, and leave it at the UPS facility guard station so I could pick it up at 10PM the night before my event. I suggest not using UPS. They are terrible.

I was really disappointed with the wristbands. Half of them are no good. I put them on and wear them for half a day and they start to unravel where they were sewed. Really disappointed
