Great experience overall with getting the wristband we want! There was multiple options for color and print, and it made it easier to look at what we were buying. Our order also came fast!
I haven't gone through the whole bag of the product yet, but I was disappointed to see that two of the koozies I pulled out at first had been printed a little off-center. I am hoping that they were just the first/last two printed and the rest are okay! Otherwise I am happy with how they came out.
Ordered personalized napkins and the lettering is so small also need a magnifying glass to read. Wish they would have told me the lettering would be very small. The proof looked ok but of course that was because it was a close-up. Wasted $100 dollars because they cannot be used. No joke! The picture says it all! Offered me $5 off my next purchase! Trust me there will be no next purchase. Would not allow me to speak to a manager! Run! Don't do business with them!

Customer service was quick to reply when I had to explain that the billing and shipping information was different as we had to send to an event site.
Tried to use the live chat to make a reorder but no one responded for a while and after they did respond and i asked for help they never responded again. I wanted to ask about paying setup fees again even though its a reorder.
Cart was a little confusing, but I am sure there is a good reason why it separated items the way it did. Not sure why on my last order, it charged me shipping when I thought shipping was free?
