I called customer service and Richard helped me through the process. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. I received my order very quickly. The cups are perfect. My reunion is this weekend and I know my family is going to love them. They are exactly what I wanted.

Screwed twice. I had "Remove Background" radio button checked, they sent me a big white blob. Unwilling to any refunded, reprint, but did offer me free insults. Horrible company. Last time I ordered they never shipped, and only refunded me $10. Shame on me for trying them twice.

Love the company and have never had an issue before. Just wonder if it was a problem with black bracelets as we have never ordered this color before. Ink is missing from several letters in a TON of the bracelets.
