Prices are high compared to what I could have done through a friend but I needed them fast and my friends heat press wasn't working at the time.

Very fast service. I opted not to view the product before ordering because of time constraints. The koozies I ordered were satisfactory but the logo should have been larger. Other than the small size of the logo we are pleased with our order. I did not have the option to select a size of logo.
With the exception that the inside of my bands did not get printed so they are not noticeable unless looking directly for the message

I uploaded the artwork exactly how we wanted it to print. The first proof we got back from you was different from what I uploaded and looked as if the designer had completely disregarded my artwork and changed it. It had incorrect spacing. Then the second proof had a different spacing error and was wrong as well. Eventually, it was adjusted on your end and I eventually approved what looked like the original artwork that I submitted. However after receiving the package, it is still wrong. This is not the artwork that I submitted. This is the second order that we've placed with you guys and it has been a hassle both times.
