I still cannot believe you don't send out a notification when my print is ready. This whole shopping experience was ultimately horrible. Somehow I was at fault for not checking to see if my print was ready, even though I had no notice via email, phone call, or text.
How am I supposed to know it's ready? If I had not checked on the status of my order, I would've never seen that my print hadn't been confirmed, and thus production of my lanyards would've missed the arrival date. In addition to all of this, I was forced to pay an additional charge to expedite shipping even though the delay wasn't my fault.
I'm never using you guys again, and never referring you to friends or colleagues.

There was an issue with my billing zip-code and it took me a find where the correction needed to take place so it took me a longer time to place the order.

The product was exactly what I ordered and was sent quickly.
Not super user friendly and the whole Extra charge thing to keep the orders in the United States I did not like. Several wrist bands broke on the first day we gave them out.
Just wished I didn't have to pay one time set up fee for both orders...bothersome!
Overall the process was pretty easy and the product showed up when it was supposed to and was a hit at our wedding.
