Great quality, exactly what I ordered! I couldn't be happier with the product, the colors are exact.
The order process was very straightforward and fast. I didn't realize I'd gotten the proof so quickly, and missed a few days following up. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and made the changes needed to get my rush order to me on time.

This was our first order from 24HourWristbands. The options and prices were good. My only issue was that even with a tracking number, I was not sure when my order would arrive. Also, because we are not open until evening, I had a number of attempted delivery notices from UPS. I will try to specify in the order next time to leave the package at the door.

After seeing the proofs, I was initially worried about how the items would look. I didn't think our design covered enough space; however, when I received the products they were exactly what we hoped for. So the big takeaway is to trust the process.

Waited over two weeks to be told they had not even began production on order. Rep had told me it would be here in time for event. Then when I called to get an update I was told it could be another week or so.
This has happened twice now with this company and they can't give you straight information. Do not risk using this company they will not follow through

We had previously ordered premium coolies with 24hourwristbands last fall that are the green and orange (w/green logo) shown in the attached pictures. For a cheap give away koozie for our company, we were impressed with the quality. However, when we reordered a new shipment of blue and orange coolies, the blue slim coolie matched the previous version and quality; however, our new orange coolie is a completely different product with different a different type of screen printing.
The interior is black vs. the white of all the others. The orange is not what I would describe as neon. The screen printing is rough and shows grain due to the type of koozie. And the color is clearly not emerald green as was in our order.
We opened a ticket with 24hourwristbands to work towards an acceptable solution and the following was their response. "Hello Thank You for reaching out to us. Please note that we source our product from a lot of different vendors & at the end of the day not all of them are 100% match to each other. Slight variations on them are unfortunately unavoidable & cannot be considered defective. However, Since you are not satisfied with your order, as a sign of courtesy we can refund you 10% refund on your order for line item 3 still stands. Please let us know if you would be okay with that. We are sorry for all the inconvenience. We will await your response. Thank you Regards, Maeve."
A 10% refund on a $160 order that deems them essentially useless as a giveaway for our company is not an acceptable solution. We are extremely disappointed with the variance of their product and not being able to guarantee very similar products from one order to the next. Will not be ordering from them again.

I can't even rate them, but I guess I will give it 1 star since it won't let me move forward, if I don't. They're the worst on delivery didn't receive my product on time which I needed for an event. I will receive after the fact. When I called they weren't very helpful regarding remedy it's like they have a robot behind the phone reading from a script. Will never order from this place again.

I ordered some lanyards on 7/7 and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for them. I have called customer service 3 times. All you get is a call center and they can't really give you any information. I also put in a support center ticket, but it takes them between 24 and 48 hours to get back with you. I was given a tracking number for the shipment on 7/18 with a delivery date of 7/21. It's not 7/27 and they still can't find the order that was never shipped - they just created the label. Very poor and unresponsive customer service. I will not order from this company again.

Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
