Received the order in a timely manner. It was exactly what we requested.
3 out of the 100 I received did not have imprint on them they were blank but other wise the order was good. Bottles looked okay and communication was good.
The bright pink 400 bands I bought for my student-athletes have rubbed off and are now either completely white or have patches of white and pink. These bands were used to recognize those student athletes who were able to front squat their body weight or 1.5 times their body weight based on gender. With 40 athletes in the weight room, it was a great way to easily identify who should be on front squat and who should be on back squat. After filing a complaint, I was told from a representative that after 2 weeks the color would fade and this was typical. If this was typical, I never would have ordered 400 bands for my student-athletes knowing they would fade. I had several athletes bands that faded after 3 days of wearing it. It is very disappointing to say the least.
There was a lot of back and forth when designing the cup. I had to call and speak with a representative in order to get my point across. The cup turned out perfect, though!
We absolutely love our koozies! We ordered these for wedding favors and they came out great. The artwork is clear and just as we envisioned it. I will definitely order with 24hour again!
I ordered a tote bag and it arrived exactly on time. Plus the tote bag was good quality, a good color (I got a beige drawstring bag), and my logo looked great. It was a good price too. I would recommend

I ordered two sets of custom cloth wristbands and a set of plain paper wristbands, paying extra for rush delivery on both. Throughout the process, I called multiple times to confirm everything was on track, and each time I was reassured that my order would arrive on time. Unfortunately, it did not. Not only was the delivery late by three days, but the custom wristbands also arrived completely blank—missing the branding that was crucial for my event sponsors.
Despite speaking with customer service four different times, each representative assured me that everything was "good to go," which was clearly not the case. This failure cost us an important branding opportunity at a critical event. I was even asked to pay for another rush order when the first one was delayed.
The lack of follow-through and accountability here is unacceptable, and I will definitely not be ordering from 24hourwristbands again.

Wristbands arrived on time and as approved, except some of the text looks like it was rubbed off but still readable on some of them.
