I am always pretty satisfied with the quality of the products that i order. I place a large order twice a year. This time I was not pleased with the shipping time estimated date was July 19th I didn't receive the order until the 25th there was no notification of a issue with production so I had to place a call to see what was the delay.
Easy to use website and great price
More complicated that expected but overall customer service was very nice.

Fast and easy. All done online. I did sign up for text communication and received the initial text on my order being received, but I never received another text. The product showed up on time as expected, but the communication was lax.

Terrible experience, the products I ordered were questionable at best. When I contacted customer service I got the same copy and pasted BS line about they cant do anything about it, sorry. I will never do business with this company again, and I will make sure my millions of viewers know about it as well.
Great customer service. I messed up on my first order and they were able to assist me in fixing the problem as well as canceling and refunding my money from my first order. I selected the USA manufacturer over China and was completely satisfied with the end product; they look better than my submission! Additionally, I recieved the product about 3 days before the expected date. Satisfied all around and would use this company again.
