Terrible Customer Service - Requested Password reset twice and never received email. Called your CS number and Jason was going to place my order but was going to charge me $125 while ordering on Website was only $84. Finally just had him reset my password and cancel my order so I could order on line and pay the $84.

Love the cloth wristbands.
I ordered silicone wristbands. I found the website user friendly, as the wristbands were easy to design on the website. The product itself is of excellent quality; really happy with that. However, I was disappointed to discover there was a mixup with the type of I injected ink I ordered. Instead of the Glitter Ink, they were made with Glow in the dark ink.
Had the ink been glitter - I would have rated the product with 5 stars.

They sent the wrong band. They were not the glow in the dark. All the church camp kids were very disappointed. It was clearly stated on the order.
They refused to fix because I called on day 10 not seven never thinking that they wouldn't be glow-in-the-dark because the lettering was correct.
The end product looked great and was exactly what I wanted.
