The order status on my order never changed so I had to call a couple times to see where the lanyards were in production and the delivery was a little later than the date I chose but otherwise the lanyards look great!
Fast turnaround! Great when in need of a quick ship! I used them for my festival when the other company forgot my black wristbands!

I believe that you need to revamp your customer's service and procedures. There is no reason why I should have had to wait two weeks for proof because they could only email me once a day. I would fix an issue then two days later I would be hit with another issue. Why not address all the issues at one time instead of having three tickets open. Then they were like oh yeah sorry we can not promise that the product will get to you in time... you have to pay more money. I also never received a final bill so now I have to hunt down to see how much I was actually charged for this crapshoot of a project.
We had ordered the card holders landscape, but received portrait. Other than that, everything was great.
I called several times and each time reached helpful people.
The only issue was the automatic rejection of my AMEX card and request for documents that I would have never supplied. However, things seemed to have worked themselves out on Monday morning and I got my wristbands on time.
I talked with customer service several times both on the phone and through chat regrading two issues.
#1. After my last purchased I filled out this same survey. After completion, it brought me to a new page where it said if I made a video of my review testimonial and uploaded it, I would get $20 off of any purchase. Not20%, not off a certain amount - $20 overall. The code I was sent DID NOT WORK. I used a mere hour later and did not work. I called and the man on the phone gave me different information than the woman on the chat. The chat tried to tell me it was expired... impossible after receiving the code less than an hour prior. The man on the phone told me that it works only with $200... impossible considering that is not the information I was given. I ended up paying more than I needed to because I was essentially being told half-truths from both customer service representatives who really did not know what they were talking about. They just sent me back and forth to one another thinking I would give up, but I know what I was entitled to from the company and did not receive such.
#2. I was guaranteed delivery by Wednesday of that week. I paid extra for USA production, rush production, and rush shipping. The chat representative GUARANTEED me of this because it was a rush item... even convincing me to pay more for USA production because that would guarantee it arrive on time. A mishap with UPS caused me to not get my package until Friday. After, UPS said that they would need 24hourwristbands to submit a claim, so that I could receive some money back. I have followed up on this and was told by 24hourwritstbands that they would submit such, but still not received any information from your company. It has been weeks.
The first time I ordered from your site things were smooth and delivery was quick. This second time was a giant hassle, and no customer service representative offered the same information twice. Very unprofessional and really ruined my experience with your company.
This order was fine. And yet when I went to place a similar order (with some of the same art) I was held up for days saying that the artwork was too low quality to print. I ended up canceling my order and going with another company to make my delivery deadline. By the way, the printing came out totally fine with the other company, so it seems someone else was able to figure out how to use my 'low quality art' to bring on tyvek wristbands. Won't be using you guys again, so thanks!
Limited colors, but liked being able to make the design you want. However, the product was so poorly made we threw them away when they arrived.

Relatively easy to use website and clear pricing and guidelines. Order arrived on time and exactly as expected. Very pleased with the product. Have ordered from 24hourwristbands in the past and will continue to do so. I liked that I could order the koozies in 6 different colors without any additional cost.

It was a little confusing just because I've never ordered things like this so I wasn't sure about the numbers off colors.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
