On checkout, I had a coupon code from your site that was applied taking my order down to just over $75 dollars. This was the confirmed value after applying my payment. However when I got the email receipt it was for just over $90. Somewhat sizable discrepancy. I feel a bit cheated by that, but I am very satisfied with my order and it's timely arrival.
Website is super easy to work with and offers options. I talked like how I could customized exactly what I wanted on the pin. Easy to design and navigate.

Awesome products and online chat support
Hand fans were good. Wristbands were completely unusable, expensive waste of money. Had to reorder them from another company.
I sent an image that had a white background removed from it. There wasn't a way to confirm that image was uploaded and would be attached properly without paying for a digital proof.
It should have been since I edited the image appropriately, but had to spend the extra money to confirm.

Good product for a good price but shipping should've been free & I was charged. Unable to resolve with customer service even when their "fine print" proved the shipping should've been free. It was only an additional $66 but it's the principal. Anyway, not sure if I will shop here again.
