I placed my order on August 12th 2019! It was estimated I would receive my order by August 22nd 2019! As of September 2nd 2019, have NOT received my order. I have no idea why you'd ask me to confirm I received my order, when as of August 30th 2019 - when I called for the 4th time, my order was not even shipped out! I've called and emailed this company 8x! Worst customer service ever! I will be disputing the charges of this order with my credit card company since I did not receive my order.

Very happy with production
On checkout, I had a coupon code from your site that was applied taking my order down to just over $75 dollars. This was the confirmed value after applying my payment. However when I got the email receipt it was for just over $90. Somewhat sizable discrepancy. I feel a bit cheated by that, but I am very satisfied with my order and it's timely arrival.
Website is super easy to work with and offers options. I talked like how I could customized exactly what I wanted on the pin. Easy to design and navigate.

Awesome products and online chat support
Hand fans were good. Wristbands were completely unusable, expensive waste of money. Had to reorder them from another company.
I sent an image that had a white background removed from it. There wasn't a way to confirm that image was uploaded and would be attached properly without paying for a digital proof.
It should have been since I edited the image appropriately, but had to spend the extra money to confirm.
