I really enjoyed this product only thing I wish I would've known before ordering it is that once you attach the plastic clasp/ball/bead you can never take it off without cutting it.

I liked 1) ability to customize - variety of fonts, colors, availability of edge design etc. 2) The "marker" font matched our writing at work 3) I liked being able to choose a background color 4)shipping was prompt 5) price was decent
It was hard for me to figure out how to use the design tools. Wasn't sure how the buttons would turn out, but I didn't want to pay for the preview for my small quantity.
They turned out great. Couldn't have asked for more.
The website is user friendly and they offer a lot of discounts and free shipping.
The price was half as much as other vendors and the wristbands are excellent.
Purchase process was a little cumbersome
I use 24 Hour wristbands for our Festival every year. Easy, I can look up a past order and create a new wristband in minutes.
Items arrived late. I paid for a ship date and then was told in order to guarantee shipment by that date they wanted more money. When I did receive the shirts, The quality of the screen print was disappointing.
24 of the coolies were double stamped.
