Was very pleased with the speed and communication concerning my order. I only deducted a star because I had to pay a last minute rush fee for one of my orders and felt that should have been handled on the manufacturers end. The products were of high quality and the print looked very good on each one.

Second time ordering, easy website great for custom designs
Tried to add 10 more cups to my 1st order before they started production but was told that I COULD NOT and would have to do a new order for 12 cups. My 12 cups were received 1 week before the 150 cups. AND the 12 cups cost only about $35-$40 less than 150 cups which was RIDICULOUS! But I had to have them so I ordered them.
Product was great, service was not so great. I have ordered a few times from you and have had problems 2 times now.
Website is easy to manipulate. I appreciate being able to change design ideas and make a decision without waiting for a quote.
