Wonderful and fast
The web site quoted a price at check out. I approved the amount. Then i get an email saying they were $15 more. Come to find out the 100 "FREE" wristbands actually cost an additional $15 that wasn't reflected in the cart or at any time during the check out.
Then when I received the red wristbands i ordered the color is WAY closer to hot pink than it is to red. All in all I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with my purchase.
Overall it's still a great deal just wish there was a better design guidance when designing the wristbands from scratch.

It was fine
I love the bracelets but I had a very hard time getting the order completed. I also talked to a customer service person who was so rude. I was told all the notifications about edits were my fault and I wasn't able to cancel my order. Very displeased with how customer service handled my issues.
Ordering was easy, options were many, my logo uploaded without any glitches, the quantity of bags I had to order was ideal, and my order was received quickly. The bags printed beautifully and will be a nice business asset when filled with orders that I ship out. I am very happy.
