Great item. Love the outcome. Was a little concerned, the shipping box very damaged although it said fragile all over it. None of the items destroyed luckily.

Needed teal wrist bands with custom logo ( had purchased ones I like, threw package away and thought this was the original company)! 24hourwristbands.com had teal-- I ordered, got damaged box, no invoice, GREEN WRIST BANDS THAT DO NOT MATCH THE TEAL BAND ON THEIR WEBSITE. Customer service a JOKE- called 4 times and got 3 emails- still waiting for the "production manager" to get back to me -masquerade as a "made in the USA " company - do not think that is true judging from my experience. Save your money - I lost all hope of my teal wrist bands and my money.
We like how they called us first to get more details, and walked us through the needed revisions/specifications! They also verified our purchase since the business card used is in the owners name & the person ordering was different. They ensure security, helpful art/production, and making sure it gets to us on time!

Communication lagged when there were messages on the 24hourwristbands website but we didn't know to look there. Preferred would be emails sent directly to us with questions/status updates. Also way too many automated phone calls driving my boss crazy.
Was a little disappointed that the size I ordered wasn't available. Instead of letting me know ahead of time, my order was printed on smaller cups and THEN I was asked if it was okay. Could have saved time by letting me know before printing. Still got them anyway because I'm short on time.
