There was a mix up with shipping, but that didn't phase me from getting this product. They last long and do not fade, do not burst, they are well sized. Long standing customer since 2011, my items arrived in good time before my event - thank God. It took a bit longer than usual, because they no longer ship to PO BOX - beware of that, but every time arrived in good time and though the shipping package was botched, the products inside were not damaged. Clearer details about shipping on the page shoppers see would be good. Also, trouble shooting seems to be a challenge with some of the reps, where it's obvious english may not be the first language, it was a little bit frustrating trying to get this order cleared up. I went from the ticket to calling and just stuck it out with the tickets. Nonetheless, I've not been detoured from shopping again, I learned new things and now that I know, I've made a note. If the product and pricing was not so great, I'd be with a different vendor. I'll give them another chance.
I paid extra for a rush order. I placed it later in the day than the deadline, so I expected that would probably push delivery back a day. Unfortunately it pushed it back two days, so I had to come up with a different plan to manage pool guests on the holiday. Still happy I got them.

Glad to find US made products. I was quite impressed with the quality of the buttons I ordered. Everything involved was easy to do and the prices reasonable.
Pretty easy to design from scratch, love the they can manufacture in USA and good prices! :)
