Misleading to promise next day shipping of koozies then ship 3 days later because customer chose free shipping. Next day shipping means next day shipping, regardless of delivery date.

I ordered these for a fast turnaround school event, and the wristbands came on time and as expected.
The experience was good and quick
I ordered tens of thousand from this group and many ordered were missings colors. They would never honor it. But really get me is that I made an order in Aug for 16,000 bands and the same order in Sept and they raised the prices by 33%. Avoid this company.
