Great product, fast delivery! Product was easy to design, website was great, and production and delivery times were fast. I recommended this company to several bars and venues for high quality wrist bands!
I was supposed to receive my wristbands on a Friday for an event I had Saturday.
I did not receive them till Monday ( two days after my event) real disappointment!
Wasn't as high a quality as I thought, but will work for the price I paid.
Overall I was completely SATISFIED with the product and delivery time.

There was a known issue with the site when we ordered so in addition to the sub par quality of these bands, we did not get the 100 free with our order. I have tried and tried to call and talk to someone but they are rude and do not care. Will we order again? Probably, as we have other bands we liked from them- Customer Service is impossible, refund or credit is impossible, if your new to them- GO ELSEWHERE!
The first 2 orders I placed, I took time to call back twice and compliment them on my order personally, but when there is an error on their behalf, they have ZERO CARE to help
This was my first time to order with 24hourwristbands.com. I was very pleased with their follow through with my artwork. Anytime there was a question regarding my order they emailed or called me. They gave me piece of mind spending money with them. I will use them in the future.

Easy and cheap.
Graet product, great customer service and very fast!
The printed color was not up to std. It was gold metallic which should have obviously looked gold. Being on black was the issue I assume as it almost looks like an olive color...
I complained about this but they said there would be no re-run.
So no I am not satisfied.
I already told you why it's late - customer support. That's not how you should treat customers

Customer service was great when I called because I was having trouble with the site. The guy was patient, and professional and answered all of my questions. Great first experience. Now I'm anxiously waiting for the finished product.
