Easy to use
Ordering was easy. Shipping came on time. My custom order did not look like that the product that I wanted. All the colors were different. They were inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but still very poor on the company for netting you make your own design and not following through on it.

These guys were awesome! The proofs came back quickly, pricing beats the competitors and the turn around time is amazing!
The proof process was not easy this time as I was told the artwork was not right. However, they could not give me design specifications. In the end, the original artwork that we supplied (that I was told was too small) worked for them. It took too many proofs and I spoke with too many people for 150 lanyards.
The shipping is not great, but the product is.
