Awful customer service. Would not talk to me on the phone about the issue (which was a color issue on their end). I'd rather pay more money to ensure my order is done properly and in a timely manner than deal with this company.

Unfortunately the blue frosted shot glasses weren't in stock and I only found out about that about a week after I placed my order and had already approved the proof.
More timely communication would have been good, but we quickly found a solution and I received the products (swapped out for a different color) by the deadline of when I needed them.
Timely responses and met expectations
My product was delayed due to proofing issues. The image I kept submitting were altered to have uneven spaces. Therefore I agreed to extended my deadline by 3 days since I repeatedly kept denying the proof due to it being altered. Once everything was correct I approve the proof the next day.
Everyday the week of expecting the wristbands I revived an automated phone call that the wristbands were going to be delayed and I talked to a representative every time I revived the automated phone call (on 4 different occasions). Every time the representative assured me that I would receive my wristbands on my already extended deadline. The day before I saw that the wristbands were in production so I spoke to a representative that ensured me they would be shipped that day to I would receive them tomorrow.
I was suppose to received them on a Friday but I did not, so on Monday I looked online to see that they were shipped but there was no ETA. I once again spoke to a representative that could not tell me when my wristbands will arrive. I was instructed to contact UPS to receive a product delivery date. Once I did reach out to UPS I was notified that they were unable to get it to me that day and I would receive them Tuesday.
Since I received the bracelets 3 business days later than my already 3 day deadline extension I was unable to use for there intended purpose. Even though I did pay for the rush shipping... I had a company update meeting on Tuesday where I was going to pass out the wristbands. My boss, president and CEO were all disappointed about not being about to pass out the wristbands.
The wristbands were great quality but I would NEVER go through the stress of ordering anything through this website again.
Easy to find what I wanted, easy to upload my design, prompt delivery, perfect results
I ordered these for my wedding and they came out exactly how I designed them.
The product will look nothing like the specs they show you. The deboss is so small you can't read it. The images on their website are blown up and the spec is outlined. 2 of which you will not see when you actually get the product. They are committing FRAUD by showing you a product online and sending you something different. When I called to try and get it resolved they said they sent me a debossed bracelet so it was my problem even though it looks nothing like what I agreed when I ordered. Their customer service was horrific. It's embarrassing that a company that claims to be the US would produce such a poor product. Look up BBB and Yelp listings and they will speak for themselves.
