Order processed and received in a timely fashion. Variety of designs was appealing with the additional option to personalize the bands (which we didn't do).

I wish there were more sizes & widths. I wanted burgundy, but had to settle for maroon. I was frustrated because I couldn't figure out how to view the product before ordering it, so I had to pay the $10. I contacted someone on line & they told me I could view it w/out paying, but I got charged anyway. Overall, my experience was great

Great overall experience. Pricing is on point, customization is a big plus, quick delivery & extra tattoos makes it hard to beat.

Overall pretty good, I just wish there were more information as to what makes some types of buttons "higher quality" over others. I called the sales department to find out what the difference was between the low and high quality buttons and I got was that the quality buttons are made of "higher quality materials".
