Called to inquire about color printing (had a graphic featuring 2 colors) and gentleman said you would print it, but upon checkout, we learned that you only print in black ink so I had to restart my entire design.

Needed some wristbands ASAP, order some and they were exactly what I expected!
We placed this order 3 weeks before our event, so the first week of September. When I contacted them they told me I would have to pay much more to get our order before Oct. 1 (which is in the small print) which when I did not do that, they put the order on hold and refused to send it or refund the money, or notify me they put the order on hold. After a series of complaints, the item was shipped.
This is incredibly shady. It is not that the order was wrong, or misplaced, this was a conscious decision on their part and unacceptable.

I liked items yet I could add another item in my order.
