I am STUNNED at how terrible of an experience this was. I placed my order on October 23 and PAID for:
-rush production
-rush delivery
-an artwork preview fee
I APPROVED ARTWORK ON OCTOBER 24.
I called DAYS after my items were supposed to have arrived, only to be told that my items had not even gone to production yet because I had not approved the artwork. Yet, I have the email confirmation that i HAD approved the artwork, and the customer service rep I talked to also confirmed that I had approved the artwork. Yet, he was insisting that I had not approved the artwork? I have not a single email stating that there was an issue with the artwork, and I was told by the service rep that automated calls had been sent to tell me about the issue. However, the automated call was calling a business phone, so it did not get through. I would hope that after attempting to use an automated machine and not having success, that a real life person would call when they saw that the order was extremely past due. The customer service rep told me that it was impossible to get my order to me before my event, but eventually told me that he would get it to me for an additional $100. I am beyond amazed that this company had the nerve to charge me rush production, rush delivery, a proof fee, and then charged me an additional $100 when they were past due on an order. My company orders thousands of dollars worth of product from 24hourwristbands every summer, and we will no longer be using this service. You have lost thousands of dollars worth of annual business due to charging me the additional $100 for your lack of time responsibility.

My item was received after the event that I needed it for. I was asked several times about the file of the photo and that it wouldn't be a good resolution. I knew I just needed a rudimentary banner with the simple image, even if it was blurry, it would be fine. I kept getting push back. So the banner arrived after the event was over. What is funny is that it looks amazing, and I'm not sure why anyone was worried about its graphic quality. It would have been great to have it for my event. Now I have an amazing banner for something that is over. Waste of my time and money.
