Ordered a set of wristbands for an event. Paid for 24 hour production and rush shipping to arrive 3 days before the event. With 2 calls to their support team the day the order was scheduled to arrive, I was assured my order would arrive the next day, 2 days before the event. I called the next day and was told that the order would not make it and if I had called sooner, they could have helped.

I explained how I had already called and tried to resolve this, but their team more or less brushed me off. Once it was too late to do anything, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor, refused to have one call me back, refused to honor the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee stamp on their website, and offered 15% of the rush shipping fee as refund for my troubles.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business.

Our overall experience with 24hourwristbands was average. We choose to a custom designed koozie product with them and had some issues with the designs and final product. While the koozies arrived in a timely order and with the exact details sent on the website, there was about half that was very hard to read because of the font color and the koozie color selected. The online software used to create your product does not have the parameters to let you know that you should use different colors because they will not show, in addition there are teams in the customer service department that could direct or inform you of how your product will appear if you would like to continue with the order. We do wish that there was some more real human direction with our product in order to prevent from having a large order that is unusable.
