This was a RUSH job that had a lot of errors on our end. 24hourwristbands was SO VERY helpful! The end product looked AWESOME! Customer service is great! All my orders come in a timely manner.
Complete fail. I paid for expedites, but delivery was five days late to commitment, and wristbands arrived after the event for which they were access control. 24hourwristbands actually took 11 days. Customer service was responsive but clueless, scripted, repetitive. Failed to deliver and then failed again to acknowledge and make amends for their failure.
