No issues - easy to order online and quick delivery
Paid extra for them to rush ship and be made in the US. Called customer service and they gave me a tracking number with the product coming from China. Poor customer service. Bad company to deal with.

I tried to place an order in June, 2019. I was notified within a few days they could not complete my order due to the colors I wanted. No problem, I thought. Please refund my money. That was JUNE! It is now DECEMBER. I still haven't received my refund. I have spoken to countless customer service reps and "resubmitted my ticket for refund" numerous times and"verified by email the cancel ordered" I am always told the same thing "now that the paper work is properly filled out you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days". IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS! Will never use this company again.
Very easy process creating wristbands, and with such a beautiful variety of colors and design options. Checkout was simple, too.

Not only did I have several printing issues with my over $200 order, it came in the mail INCOMPLETE! I ordered 200 cloth wristband and only 100 locking clasps came with my order. You do the math... After a long while speaking with the customer service team, they continued to assure me 220 clasps were given and that I should just check the box it came in (as if that wasn't something I obviously already did before calling them). REALLY?!?! They then asked me to send a photo of what was missing. Ummm how exactly am I supposed to do that when the order is incomplete?! I just received a response to my claim stating they will NOT be sending more clasps after "investigation." Horrible, horrible, experience. This company doesn't care about fixing their own mistake since they've already stolen my money. Never using this company again and will certainly deter others from using it as well!
