So far, so good. I disagree with charging $10 for a proof. Wouldn't you want to be sure the customer knows what the product will look like before placing a non-returnable custom order?
It was a good idea at first, but the product material I chose was not what I wanted.
For a company called 24hour wristbands they were very slow. Had nothing but problems with the art.
