Order was delivered to wrong address. Hard to understand customer service representative. Also, delivery date when first ordered was incorrect - had to pay additional $$ to get product on time and then it was delivered to wrong address

Easy to choose product and upload artwork / paid for express production but it was not honored. Product arrived just hours before the event because it spent so much time in production.

Well everyone in the customer service department was very nice, the information they provided was unhelpful. I don't like how the company can't provide a shipping date. If you needed this by a certain time, it's completely unreliable. But, if you don't have a time frame... It's a great product to purchase. The pictures on the socks showed up great. We havent actually pulled them out of the plastic wrap yet because they are a Christmas gift so I'm hoping the wear quality will be good.

Helps reinforce training
I was disappointed that you couldn't print on certain areas of the wristband specifically. I wanted a 3 color band but would have lost color.

Fast and easy setup and creation
So far, so good. I disagree with charging $10 for a proof. Wouldn't you want to be sure the customer knows what the product will look like before placing a non-returnable custom order?
