Like many of the other commenters, I was shocked at the price difference between this store and Ashley Furniture Direct. Be aware that the price listed online does not include sales tax... company will call you later to collect for sales tax based on your state (which seemed kind of odd).
It took almost 7 weeks from order to delivery and was delivered today as described with the Ashley Furniture labels and warranty attached.
Very easy delivery... called one week prior to delivery to give me a date then I received an email 3 days before delivery with a 4 hour window (11am-3pm)... company called at 11am today with courtesy call and arrived at 11:20am.
Carried all pieces inside and setup for us.
Couch looks great but is darker than the pictures online.
Pleasantly surprised so far!

They have Ad's on google that say free shipping and no tax. You order it. Everything is great. Then four days later, they contact you wanting shipping and tax money. They say it's a a special delivery fee. That I live outside of their shipping area... However, I live in Arkansas! In the middle of the freaking country.
No one is honest anymore. Thank God for Lawyers!
I've seen so many fake reviews for this website, I thought I'd leave a real one. I had a decent experience with 1 Stop Bedrooms, however would personally not use them again.
The good: I waited 1 month and 4 days from date of purchase to delivery, which I found acceptable and within the range I was given when I ordered. I did receive regular email updates from 1 Stop regarding the status of my order until it got to the delivery terminal. The delivery guys were great, and we got exactly what we ordered.
The bad/weird: The day after I placed my order, I received an email that they needed to "verify my address," and left a number to call. I called, and was told at that time they were going to charge the sales tax to my card. I genuinely cannot understand why this is not done during checkout, there is no logical reason for it. The man on the phone was very pushy about a furniture warranty, which I did not want. After a couple minutes of back and forth he finally accepted I wouldn't buy it, but I was annoyed at having to explain myself so much.
Roughly 3 weeks after my order, I got an email stating that my order was now at the local delivery terminal, and someone would call me to set up delivery within 5-7 days. I waited 9 days and never heard a thing. I called 1 Stop, and had to wait on hold about 10 minutes. The person I talked to was not overly friendly, but I told him what was going on, and he called over to the delivery people and after a few minutes, connected us. I found out then that they would be delivering to my area about a week later and was able to schedule the delivery. What was strange about that though is nobody from anywhere called me to schedule the delivery after it sat in the warehouse for well over a week. If I had not called them, I would have missed the window that they were here, and probably wouldn't have seen the couch for a couple more months. Another issue was there is literally no response if you email them. I emailed them a couple weeks ago and did not hear back, which left me feeling uneasy about my purchase.
All in all, not a horrible experience in any way but I wouldn't use them again. I'd rather spend a bit extra and go local, or with a company I know and trust. We got what we ordered. But I think they need to change up how they do business. Let your customers know when they order the amount of taxes that need to be paid. Communicate better with customers, answer emails, and be friendly on the phone. It's not that hard.
Delivery was fast and efficient. They had it delivered and setup in less than 20 mins. I'm thrilled with my purchase. The couch has great lumbar support and very comfortable. Could not be happier with my new couch.

Took longer than expected, but delivery was smooth and the guys went above and beyond to deliver my merchandise. As long as you aren't in a big hurry, they have excellent prices. Delivery would have been sooner, but I was out of town when they contacted me the first time. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend them.

After numerous calls and being completely frustrated I settled for a portion of my refund eventhough their policy was a full refund if the order is cancelled within a 24 hour period. I canceled 48hours in advance. This company does not deal with coustomer service well at all. I requested a full refund for a 5 year protection plan that cost me $169.99 for furniture I did not receive they felt that a refund of $14.25 was appropriate. I informed them I would make a written statement concerning my disatification and they informed me that they considered that to be BLACKMAIL! I informed that requesting monies paid for services not rendered could be considered dishonest, deceptive and stealing. Shoppers do you homework. This company has numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as their own site. Buying furniture can be a task, with these people it can be a frustrating and bad experience.
Now they won't return any of my emails. They still haven't shipped my chairs although I was told 10 days ago that I would have them in 3-5 business days and it's going on 2+ months since I ordered them. I only email now to save my documentation to give to my attorney if this doesn't get resolved. This business shouldn't be able to operate this way. BTW, the majority of these "good" reviews are fake and put in by the company!
I have ordered quite a bit from this site all at once. Two of my items never arrived but showed "Delivered" on their website. After calling EVERY DAY for 3 weeks, they finally shipped my order to me after two months since the original order date. Thought it was a fluke, however, it happened on the very next item I ordered as well. No one will call you back, you will have to chase your order down each and every time with long wait periods! The furniture is nice when you finally get it, but if there is any problem with your order... you will be chasing them down for your items. I will not order from them again! Meanwhile I am making payments on furniture I haven't even received for two months now! They finally provide you with a FEDEX tracking number for your items and after a week of checking the tracking number on FED EX's website, I see the label has been created but not shipped yet.
Great prices and great customer service delivery takes a while but the delivery service is top notch

Do not buy from this company. They will take your money and never deliver. Look at all the better business bureau complaints. Spent $5k in October and have yet to receive an order or accurate update.
Purchased a lounge chair for my dad at 1StopBedrooms - more than $100 less than any other store, plus free shipping and white glove setup which was extra everywhere else. It took a little longer to arrive (just over a month) but it was around Christmas time and for the price was worth the extra wait time. Chair arrived and was setup without issue and my dad was super happy. Thanks 1Stop.

We paid $2000 for a Ashley Bedroom set. Within four days, the bed (storage bed) literally collapsed on one side. It ripped the drawer away from the frame, and half that side came apart with the slats breaking. We attempted to call and get a refund, as the bed was super cheap quality. We called multiple times, and they wanted to give us back $200 for a $2000 set we had less than a week. When I responded to that message, I got crickets. This was the worst customer service ever. I had way higher expectations based on the reviews I read prior to buying from this company. We literally had go out and buy a whole new set.
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
