Went verry well with the delivery. I wish they woult of brought it in and assembled it but i understand with the virus it could be dangrous. Do i get the $100 back for the white glove deal that didnt happen?
Received a defective couch. Luckily (or so I thought) I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan. Sent them pictures of the bent' frame. The frame was bent & missing 2 screws that thru a weeks time the mechanism that swings to recline has scraped 2 hardwood boards that have to be replaced. No big deal I have extra boards I told them I would replace myself, but I would like them to fix my couch. I was told that even with my protection plan I purchased for $150 my claim is being held up by management. What? Now my calls don't get thru, and my emails are ignored. I'm not picky or demanding, but I want my couch to work. This might be $1,348.15 down the drain. I regret buying this, and I hate getting ripped off!
It was a 6 man job but it was done. 2 delivery guys and 3 of my family members and myself all worked as a team and everyone was so polite it took me about 2 months almost 3 with earlier communication issue however at the end of the day with us dealing with this virus it was the well waiting for im so very pleased and happy thank you again
I was nervous to make such a purchase online, but so glad I did. It was a great experience and the customer service was outstanding.

Ordered a loveseat that was one of Ashley Furniture's signature pieces. Price was better than Ashley in store and online. Plus shipping through 1Stopbedrooms was quicker than it would have been through Ashley Furniture. The customer service representative who took my order was excellent and was very helpful. Delivery day and time set up was easy and they kept us updated. They actual came early on the delivery day which was perfect. Overall great experience with 1Stopbedrooms.

This was a large purchase, so I must say, I was apprehensive at first with buying such a large piece of furniture online. I was very plesantly surprised at how smooth of a process this was for me. I recieved numerous phone calls and text messages throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. The value of including an additional warranty was explained to me, especially, since I do have a pet. The delivery team setup the furniture with ease. The sectional looks amazing, and feels, and sits comfortably. However, I would expect nothing less Ashley Furniture.
I am elate with my purchase. One tip: this is an oversized sectional, so make sure you measure the dimensions of your room. I am glad I have a large family room.

I was a little worried when my order went on backorder and was told it would take an additional month for my fruniture to get here but that wasn't the case. My fruniture arrived exactly 1 month after I ordered. When I received it from the white glove delivery it was in perfect condition. I truly couldn't be happier. Its exactly how its described on the website and very comfortable and firm.

The delivery people were so polite and understanding the meaning of my personal property.
First they called 30 minutes before arriving, second they came on time, even though it was a rainy day.
They even took their shoes off before entering the house.
I have had the best experience with this company for the delivery.

Easy to order, great communication and delivery was a breeze and set up in 10min. Everything was exceptional. Only thing is if your in a rush for bedroom furniture do not order here if you do not live close by them (NJ). It took a whole month to get to TN. I was in no rush so that did not bother me.

Waited over 2 weeks for a call to deliver. The guy said they would be at house between 7-8 am, we were first stop. Took off work to wait for them. At 8 am called warehouse, oh, they will have drivers call with an ETA. Waited until 10:30 no delivery or call. Call placed to warehouse, oh well they should be there in a little while. I refused to wait, I had to get to work, already had to take 3 hours PTO. Heard back that they were going to deliver at 3:30 when I got off work, waited till 4 and called warehouse, they said the delivery guys had left and headed back to warehouse. Really? Called delivery drivers, he said warehouse never told them to deliver at 3:30. Called customer service, was hung up on! They have a bad rating from BBB. For a reason! Dont do business with them!
Everything went as planned and I received my beautiful sofa at an awesome price, on time with excellent delivery!

Ordered a sofa, then a few hours later received an email that my order was canceled with NO explanation whatsoever. I finally got through to them as the hold was over 25 minutes. I was then told they cannot deliver to my area in Colorado. I live 1 hour west of Grand Junction. I do not live in the sticks. I even offered to find my own delivery service. Thousands of items get delivered every day and they can't figure out how to deliver a sofa to my house!?!? I offered to pay more and I did not need their white-glove service, I just need it sent to my front door! POOR SERVICE! So disappointing and makes NO sense! Gladly spend my $$ elsewhere.
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
