Placed order April 27,2020.

Received an email to confirm my order address on May 7,2020.

Called today, May 7 and customer service said I needed to pay $149 EXTRA to have my couch delivered that I ordered 10 days ago. WHAT!

They offered me a 5 year warranty and a discounted shipping price of $125.

I feel taken advantage of and I'm worried I'll never get my couch.

Bait and Switch -

The advertised free shipping is a farce. They take your order and payment, then say you have to call in to verify your delivery location. Then they tell you that they will have to charge you for delivery to your location. Offering you a "it is $150 dollars, but I can apply a coupon and ship for $75." Now reading the other poor reviews, I am concerned about my order in general and am praying when I cancel, I will get my refund.

I purchased my second Ashley chairside table and put it together this weekend. They are great little tables. They are very well packed and arrive in perfect condition. There are only eight screws to put in and it's ready to go! Now I have two very attractive and functional tables!

They promise white glove delivery during quarantine but once they have your money they will let you know there will be no white glove delivery only curbside drop off. To verify that they are advertising white glove delivery just call them and their recording is currently promising white glove delivery however they will not deliver white glove. BE CAREFUL with this company

Don't bother

I ordered a sectional online last week on 4/15/2020. On Tuesday 4/21/2020 I received an email from 1st Stop Bedrooms saying my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. It specifically says "Please allow up to 48 hours for any refunds to post to your account." Currently on day 3 and my money still hasn't been returned. I finally talked with someone today as to why it was cancelled, because there was no reason given in the email they sent or even a courtesy phone call. Turns out they are unable to deliver to Scottsbluff Nebraska. Which seems puzzling that a company who advertises international shipping can't figure out how to reach the panhandle of Nebraska. I will never go through this company again. Buyer beware!

Placed order for 2 bedroom sets Jan 12 2020. Delivered 6 weeks later damaged. Next delivery, only parts of two pieces delivered. It's now been 4.5 months, many phone calls and emails later, and next delivery scheduled for May 8th! That's 5 months of our kids basically sleeping on the floor waiting for their bedroom furniture. I've not been offered any kind of discount or refund, not even for the white glove delivery service that I paid for but can't receive because of COVID.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware! One piece of the sectional I received appears to be defective. 1 Stop Bedrooms' claims department (after multiple attempts to contact them) finally responded and said that it was the way it was manufactured. Then they said I would have to return the whole sectional at my expense (almost $1000) if I wanted a refund. Finally, they sent me an email that basically said it was my own fault because I didn't discuss the possibility with them before I bought it. Some people may have had a good experience with them, but take heed, if something comes to you defective, you're stuck with it. Shop elsewhere!

I found 1stopbedrooms online and I'm so happy that I did. I ordered a Ashley love seat and Sleeper( pull out) couch set and they are exactly what I wanted. This set was for my living room so I needed something that was a plus for guests.
These couches are nice and plush with no odors. Very well made and I recieved Amazing customer service! I called in just to get a estimate on the shipping and the packaging sizes and every time I spoke to a rep I received A+ feedback. My delivery drivers were awesome as well, in a professional sense. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to all who require a great experience.

This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. I ordered an ACME sofa on 3/17 with additional fee for flight of stairs, and was sold a warranty of $149.99 over the phone on 3/20 to supposedly "expedite" the order. In view of the shelter-in-place situation, I have requested many times to cancel the order and issue a refund since 3/6. The same customer Service rep who sold me the "warranty" tried to have a 3rd party deliver it un-officially, but I do not want it delivered unsafely during the pandemic and potentially expose my family to COVID-19. Only other options were for them to hold indefintely or cancel the order. After insisting they cancel the order, I received an extremely dishonestly calculated fee by the same rep charging me a $1,298 cancellation fee out of a total of $1,744 (claiming among other things that the shipment weighed 330lbs, when it is listed as 130lbs on the website). He offered me a refund of $327 and asked me to send photo ID to agree to these terms. I refused and am filing a complaint for fraud. Don't get ripped off like I did, shop elsewhere.

Dishonest

Website indicated shipment within 1 day. Ordered. 4 days later got a notice that there was some sort of credit verification for my order. Called them. They tried to get me to "pay half of the additional freight costs" and sales tax, I told them to cancel the order. They then said they would cover the additional freight costs, but that I needed to pay the sales tax, and they would ship same day with upgraded fedex shipping. So I paid the sales tax and I received a tracking number. Three days later, the tracking number indicates it was not shipped yet. I called and the rep blatantly lied about the circumstances. I told them I would be cancelling, they said I would be charged a cancellation or restocking fee based on policy. I told them they were violating their own promises and policy by not following through on the shipment promises. AVOID.

I am so impressed with 1StopBedrooms. I was shopping for a sofa and shopped everywhere - in store and on-line and no one could beat the price of the sofa that I purchased. After the purchase they kept me fully informed of the shipping status through emails, texts and phone calls. The employees in customer service that I spoke with were polite and very helpful. On the delivery date they gave me a delivery window between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM. They were at my house at exactly 7:30 AM sharp. I highly recommend 1 StopBedrooms and I will definitely be back whenever I need furniture.

The order was out of stock. It came in quicker than expected by far. The customer service was outstanding. Right after I ordered these items the CoronaVirus hit. Delivery was a bit slow, but I checked on it, and it was very thorough at each stop it made. They check the furniture over at every stop. # Although they couldn't deliver in the house, the dropped it off with no contact right where I asked them to. I had a great experience. Nothing was damaged. The price was outstanding.

Horrible service and support. Company directly lied to me in an email. Ordered a product that was in stock and was notified 4 days later it's discontinued, after already receiving and putting together a matching end table. Was sent an email by 1stop saying they would offer a discount on a new item I wanted to order. No one from the company would honor the email that was sent to me! Called them for two weeks trying to speak with a mananager and told there was a 72 wait time and he/she would get back to me. After checking in multiple times, still I never got a rely from management after two weeks and was still told I would not receive any discount. What a waste of time and stress. Along this whole process I was also treated rudely by sales/ customer support. Would never recommend buying from here. False information on website and company lied in a email to me... unacceptable
