They are telling me that our delivery is already on its way even though it's just now been processed. 2 months is too long to wait and no one will help or answer calls or refund any money. What's the issue?!

We ordered a sofa and entertainment center on April 18th. If you check your account it gives a pretty detailed description of their delivery process which seemed great, except for the fact that it was all false. On April 27th, I received notification that my order status changed. Magically, this would be the only time I could get a representative on the phone considering I was being told that I would be charged an out of area delivery fee and taxes on the furniture that was supposed to have FREE shipping as advertised. Hesitantly, we agreed. At this point we began reading reviews and got very nervous. Over the next two weeks I reached out via phone and could not get through to a representative at any point. On average, the wait time has 50 people in the queue. They responded to my emails with varying estimated delivery times. When I would check my account it said the estimated delivery date would be May 26th but the customer service representative replied via email that it would be sometime in June. I checked my account for status updates every day. On May 18th (a month later) I log on to my account to find part of my order is backordered and will not be shipped out until June 23rd and would not be delivered until July 15th. Three months after I ordered! I never received email notification of this, I only found out from checking my account status regularly. The worst part is, they have $2,500 of our money. My options were to cancel and pay a 15% restocking fee and also a return shipping cost of $1.75 per pound... on an order that has not even been shipped to us yet! Or, wait and pray that we actually received our full order by July 15th. They also would not ship my order partially so I have nothing to show for the money I spent and the furniture I should have received by now. Not being able to speak to someone on the phone is disheartening and unprofessional. I don't have the time to track this company down and beg for someone to call me back, like I have been having to do. Now we have to wait two more months and hope that we get what we purchased as we are left with no other feasible option. I have no trust in this company despite giving them the benefit of the doubt along the way. I am so disappointed.

We ordered the beginning of April. May 5, I received an email that said someone would call me within 5-7 days to set up delivery. Well. We are now past that and nothing. I'm very disappointed so far, I hope and pray once it finally gets to us that it was worth the wait. I probably won't order anything from them again

Don't buy from this company. It's a scam. I bought a sofa and they pushed back my delivery date twice. Been without a sofa for over three weeks. When I tried to cancel they still want to charge me with a restocking fee. I never received a product why am I paying a restocking fee when they can't get the product out. If they give you a date expect to wait a lot longer.

Where should this begin. First with the shipping says FREE but( unlike others on this review site did not get a call) we see a shipping charge on our bill. When we call we are told that the site does not say free shipping. So I have to read word for word to them what it says. They then tell me to click on 3 other spots to see that there is a catch to the free shipping. I live 10 hours away litterly. But the worst is it has been almost 6 weeks have already made a payment on it and I still don't have my stuff! And still do not know when it will be here. I would not suggest ordering from this company unless you live next door. It will cost you hundreds more if you do.

This company is horrible. I placed an order for $1634 on Apr 4 for a bedroom set Today is May 12 an I still don't have my furniture. The company is telling me they will only give me back $300 from the $1600 due 2 restocking fees. They have poor customer service an zero urgency for their customers. Every1 research them carefully before purchasing

I purchased a 2600. 00 bedroom set, it was to be delivered on May 11, between 3 and 8 pm. For several days I received conflicting texts and emails from their shipper on the delivery. I tried calling all of the phone numbers provided for questions without ever reaching someone. I received a text that my furniture was arriving and then was told it would not be brought into the house and set up! I ordered from this company for the set up service because my husband has a back injury. I hired 3 people to help me on the day of delivery. By 9pm no one had called or text about my delivery. At 10:30 pm after we went to bed and all my help left they called that they were on the way. I told them I didnt have help anymore and I was told they were going to leave it outside! I told them the situation and they said they would call me back. My husband and I stayed up until 12am waiting for them and a call. I could see by the tracking that they were on the way to out home. They turned around and went back and never called us. I am 52 inhave purchased thousands of dollars of furniture and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. I will be contacting my credit card company today to cancel the order. Buy local! You will be sorry if you trust your money to this company.

They give you an estimated delivery date of about a max of one month. Turns out to be 2-3 maybe longer if I ever see the 1.5k I spent for a bed set I ordered here. Asked for a refund because I've yet to receive anything and can't wait another one month because I'm sleeping on the floor. And they told me they could only refund me 200-300 of the 1.5k I spent. Filed a claim with my debit card for services not rendered. Also filed a claim with the BBB. Will probably never see the money or the bed set ever. It's a scam, stay away.

The white glove team showed up to my home 30 mins early and I hadn't remove the old sofa. They were kind and patient and allowed me to move it out of the area so they could move in the new sectional sofa. I'm a Barbie doll collector with 400 dolls on the wall. However, living in midtown the apartments are small so with that said, I didn't realize how big my sectional was, but these Fine gentleman took their time, apologized when the dolls fell off the wall and were careful with their set-up. I so appreciated the service they gave me especially in lieu of what we are facing with Corvid19. I took a chance and ordered my sectional online without feeling or seating on it at the warehouse and while it's slightly large for my apartment, I'm in love with it. The charcoal grey is rich, the sectional is sturdy and firm. I fell asleep on it today after it arrived and I love my sectional. Thank you my fine gentlemen for what you did for me today, I'm very appreciative of your service. Be safe, stay healthy- we need you our Essential Workers!

Happy I finally received my sectional after COVID-19 prevented White House delivery. The delivery team was quick, efficient and wore all PPE. The couch is big and a lovely shade of grey. Highly recommend!

Placed order April 27,2020.

Received an email to confirm my order address on May 7,2020.

Called today, May 7 and customer service said I needed to pay $149 EXTRA to have my couch delivered that I ordered 10 days ago. WHAT!

They offered me a 5 year warranty and a discounted shipping price of $125.

I feel taken advantage of and I'm worried I'll never get my couch.

Bait and Switch -

The advertised free shipping is a farce. They take your order and payment, then say you have to call in to verify your delivery location. Then they tell you that they will have to charge you for delivery to your location. Offering you a "it is $150 dollars, but I can apply a coupon and ship for $75." Now reading the other poor reviews, I am concerned about my order in general and am praying when I cancel, I will get my refund.

I purchased my second Ashley chairside table and put it together this weekend. They are great little tables. They are very well packed and arrive in perfect condition. There are only eight screws to put in and it's ready to go! Now I have two very attractive and functional tables!

They promise white glove delivery during quarantine but once they have your money they will let you know there will be no white glove delivery only curbside drop off. To verify that they are advertising white glove delivery just call them and their recording is currently promising white glove delivery however they will not deliver white glove. BE CAREFUL with this company

I ordered a sectional online last week on 4/15/2020. On Tuesday 4/21/2020 I received an email from 1st Stop Bedrooms saying my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. It specifically says "Please allow up to 48 hours for any refunds to post to your account." Currently on day 3 and my money still hasn't been returned. I finally talked with someone today as to why it was cancelled, because there was no reason given in the email they sent or even a courtesy phone call. Turns out they are unable to deliver to Scottsbluff Nebraska. Which seems puzzling that a company who advertises international shipping can't figure out how to reach the panhandle of Nebraska. I will never go through this company again. Buyer beware!

Placed order for 2 bedroom sets Jan 12 2020. Delivered 6 weeks later damaged. Next delivery, only parts of two pieces delivered. It's now been 4.5 months, many phone calls and emails later, and next delivery scheduled for May 8th! That's 5 months of our kids basically sleeping on the floor waiting for their bedroom furniture. I've not been offered any kind of discount or refund, not even for the white glove delivery service that I paid for but can't receive because of COVID.
