As per your recent conversation with our representative, I understand that you are not happy with the furniture received. As per our terms and conditions, which may be seen here https://www.1stopbedrooms.com/return-policy/ you have 30 days to return the furniture. Furniture must be in unused, brand new condition, and you are responsible for an estimated $1.50 per pound restocking fee as well as actual shipping charges.
Amount Paid $841.92 (Total)
Return Fee $772.36
Total refund $69.56
Please respond stating you confirm to the cancellation policy and attach a copy of your photo ID to serve as your digital signature. Once confirmed, the delivery company will contact you to schedule pickup according to their usual delivery schedule. Once the items received and assessed by the warehouse to be brand new condition, then we will refund the amount paid minus restocking fee and shipping charges.

WARNING DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Worst company I have ever had to deal with! Ordered a sectional and recliner from them that said in stock when I ordered it. Waited a month for the white glove delivery and it never showed. Never received a phone call or email so I logged in to the website only to find out everything I ordered is out of stock and won't be available for another month. Would have been nice to receive an email letting me know or better yet update your website to let people know something is out of stock before they pay for it. Sat on hold for a total of 1 hour today waiting to get a refund, they made no attempt to resolve the issue. At the end of the day I didn't receive anything I payed for, I am now going on my 2nd month of having no furniture at my new house and they have tied my money up for over a month now keeping me from buying furniture somewhere else.
Great price. On time delivery. No problems at all. I wish i had bought the whole set from 1stopbedrroms. So much better than my Ashley Furniture experience. Delivery guys were great.

I ordered a large order, they wouldn't communicate with me. It wasn't until I finally had to file a chargeback that I finally heard from someone! And then another 6 weeks go by and they FINALLY deliver the furniture - BUT they tried to scam me with a double charge... they called the night before the delivery saying they wouldn't deliver the furniture unless they could charge the card AGAIN! Tried some BS excuse about the chargeback (which of course was false and I had proof from my credit card company).
Don't waste your time or money - they are fraudsters! Liars! Scammers! Totally unethical and sham online company!
Very good. They set it up and clean up all of packing. Very nice men.

Very beautiful well made bedroom set. Took a chance based on reciews from others. Very solid set. Arrived in perfect condition and the delivery team was stellar!. One comment tho on the rails that hold the box spring. I think they are very over priced. Close to $150 for 3 wood 1×3 slats of wood with center supports. These were offered after the set was purchased and on its way.
