We placed and online order with this company on Monday Dec 16th, we ordered a dining set as well as a bedroom set, selected the only delivery option "free" and paid for our items. On December 17th I received an email stating that we need to call and verify our address, when I did this I was informed that we have to pay an additional amount for tax and delivery. I attempted to resolve why this was not ncluded when we placed and verified our order, and the response I received was "our company is just so large that the website cannot identify whether there is additional shipping or whether you should be charged tax and that has to be done manually, even though this was never indicated when we checked out. After hours on the phone with multiple people and endless BS explanations and sales pitches, we paid the additional delivery and called it a loss on our end. Then, the following day we received a call that the table we ordered has been discontinued and which table would we like instead. We opted to cancel the order for the table, we were not choosing something else from them. After no email confirmation I called the following day, now going on 41 minutes on hold and am told that they can try to cancel with the manufacturer and once they can do that then they can cancel my order. I hope I get this resolved and am not out the $2,000 we paid this worthless company. Let this be a warning, DON'T DO IT...

They ruined our Christmas celebration. They lied to me that the dining set will be delivered by December 17-19. We bought a new house and do not have dining table and chairs, so it was essential for me to buy them, especially that we are holding family gathering this year. So, before placing the order with 1stopbedrooms, I called them to verify if the furniture is in stock. They contacted the vendor and it was in stock. I placed the order on November 25. Two days later they sent me email with the delivery date at end of December. I called right away to cancel the order. I was transferred to the manager and he assured me that that since items are in stock, the order is expedited and it will be delivered way before Christmas. All these weeks I was checking the progress with the link they provided for tracking, and yesterday it showed December 29! I called them and explained the situation and plead to them, and they again said not to worry. However, I received yesterday email from them, confirming the delivery date as December 29 and offer of $50 refund! Our Christmas is ruined! I don't know where to get the table and chairs at this short time, for our family to sit at and celebrate. And for $50? This is a disaster! I am not sure why I should go into additional expenses to buy the dining set somewhere else. Moreover, they will not refund me my money I paid for the set.
Do NOT TRUST this company, they will lure you into buying stuff from them, as they did with me. All they care about is just getting your money. They do not hold on their promises and they do not care about customers.
Ordered the couch with free delivery on November 21,2019. On November 24 they send us email confirming the address (what the scam) which we notices almost week later at 26th. After calling them back to confirm the address associate said that we have to pay $99 to deliver to our "special address" (special just as the rest of the city). What the scam when you buy something that has the free delivery pay another $100 for delivery!
But, I know we are gonna put up with it, but then few days later they said that half of the item is not available has to be ordered on Dec 26,2019 and moved to Jan 1,2020 and the best will be delivered by Jan 25,2020. Then later they canceled whole order on their own. Who is going to compensate for the time we lost as well as for better deals while waiting for the item that we paid for?
The Ashley people told us to "not trust that website". After a lot of discussion they said they would match the price but they were going to charge for shipping.
It turns out, they were wrong! We did trust "this website" and we got our beautiful couch for a nice price with a free delivery and set up. Thank you so much!

Not buying from this company ever again! I'm trying to work with them on exchanging my sofa, even if I have to upgrade. They are not willing to work with me. Stay away from this company. Buy somewhere else. Save your money. Bought an $806.33 worth of sofa. They are charging me $577 for return and only refunding me $229.33? I would like to upgrade to a more expensive one just work with me here but nope! They did not. I thought I'll be saving money by buying through them but I was wrong. I don't have a sofa for almost two weeks now. I get cancer treatments and was hoping I will have a sofa that I will be comfortable. I am so frustrated and disappointed!

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
