We ordered the ashley jillingsley from onestopbedroom even after visiting our local ashley stores to compare and sit in multiple styles. We ordered because price was a few hundered dollars cheaper and we had time to wait. We had read reviews about some lengthy waits to receive delivery. Ordered in November to beat holiday orders. We just received within 4 weeks and was expecting 6 weeks. Delivery and Item in stock inventory changed a few times during the final weeks. The communication was very good with the items shipment and status. The local company to NE Florida was very good. Was given multiple opportunities to switch delivery days.
Our 4 piece sectional came as ordered and the "white glove" delivery was as stated. Very Pleased! With everything! The two drivers brought in all pieces wrapped in plastic and cardboard. Opened everything up, assembled quickly, and they disposed of all factory cardboard... signed for electronically... The Ashley Jillingsley 4 piece sectional in gray,,, Is even more soft and comfortable fresh out of the factory than the ones you try in store that has been sat in a thousand plus times... Awesome experience to buy online at onestopbed, then receive on time, and before the holidays... at the best price i could find.

Ordered a couch at what I thought was a great price with free shipping and whiteglove delivery. I got a phone call stating my city (over half a million people) was rural/remote so they were charging me a $250.00 shipping fee but gave me a foam mattress for "free". The "local" delivery service received my couch two weeks ago. I did return the associates phone after sending an email to 1stopbedroom asking when I will be receiving a phone call about my delivery. The woman told me (she didn't leave her name, I still have voicemail saved) a truck was coming through this last Friday/Saturday. I said great Saturday would be perfect, I will be home all day but I cannot answer my phone at work. She said I will text you tomorrow (last Friday) to send you the time. Perfect, right? WRONG. Not only did I not get a text but I got another phone call which I called back after work and left a message. No couch came. Yesterday I called the delivery service and emailed 1stopbedroom, NO RESPONSE from anyone. I called the delivery company today and she (no name given) told me they only come through Fresno every two weeks and could not schedule my delivery today but had to wait until next Monday. I told her what has happened and frankly she didn't care but said exactly the same thing about texting me instead of calling. At this point I'm really angry and have contacted a local company willing to help me. I'd like to cancel my order at this point as long as I get a FULL refund but based on another review and a response from 1stopbedroom on that thread they refuse to give a full refund. Whatever you do shop somewhere else. I personally will never shop here again and will warn others from going through this nightmare of an experience.
I never bother leaving positive reviews but my experience was so seamless and easy, and all my other experiences the last month in buying furniture for my new apartment were so difficult, that I felt obliged to share my good experience. The delivery team showed up on time and built our table instantly. The quality and aesthetic of the table is better than what we even imagined from the photos. Love it

When placing my order I had questions. Spoke with one of your agents and he was extremely helpful and friendly. When checking on my order I spoke to several of your agents because I don't live full time where the furniture was being delivered and needed a form delivery date. The last agent I spoke to went above and beyond with call backs and help with delivery. I don't live full time where furniture was being delivered. Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
