The furniture is even nicer than the picture. Sturdy and well built. Fits in our room rather nicely. I would definitely recommend the service where they have people come out and set the furniture up for you and haul off all the packing. That's well worth it!

I ordered the Bladen sectional for my son for Christmas. He lives in another state and the company was very good about calling to confirm that this was going to another state, cost of merchandise and delivered when they said. The only reason I went with this company is the lower cost, free white glove set up and free shipping. The only down side is that the warranty was marked down but ended up paying more because the sale price was for only 1 visit, if there was a accident that needed to be fixed. The one I ended up paying for is unlimited visits. Thank you for making making this a nice surprise for my son.

Just had my sofa, loveseat chair & ottoman delivered 11/22/2019 (white glove treatment) the delivery guys were great, the furniture (Ashley) looks fantastic and I saved over $2,000.00 - I know because I priced the set at 4 local furniture stores. I purchased an bedroom set the nightstand had dents in it. 1st they said they would send me another one and then they claim it's in the wood and there's nothing they are willing to do. 2nd customer service sucks I was on hold for four hours I would not recommend them to anyone never.
Save yourself time and headache. Customer Service was TERRIBLE. Continued to tell me there are glitches and they didn't know where my order was. Now they will not cancel my order. Won't call me back and are extremely rude on the phone when I call in. Put me on hold and then disconnect. Having to dispute the charge on my CC at this point
