I have been waiting almost two months on a bedroom set from this company 1stopbedrooms. No one from this company informed me The dresser was on back order and wasn't it being delivered. I wasn't given the opportunity to choose A difference set. The delivery company called last week and inform me the dresser was not with the order. I called 1stopbedrooms what is inform dresser will not make it to me till December. At this point I just want to cancel the order. Order ******* have talk to several people from this company now that the order is wrong try to convince me not to cancel I received a phone calls at 7pm last night this is stressful and I feel like i'm being harassed and force to receive merchandise I have asked several associates from this company to cancel the order. Please stop harassing me with all the phone calls and cancel the order I cannot take anymore stress about this.

On October 1 I got an email stating my furniture reach the white glove center. And as of today October 16 still no merchandise but have received five calls from your company which results in just hang up so no one saying anything. At this point I don't even think I want the merchandise
Would buy from them again. Adam was very helpful and gave very good information that allowed me to make best decision
Ordered bedroom set online. Very satisfied with customer service. Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
