I phoned the customer service for additional verification. The gentleman (Elliott) verified me and asked promptly did I require help with anything else during my call. I asked for expedited shipping if at all possible. He stated he'd do his best to put a rush on it.

I would give a zero if i could. They promused white glove delivery then oh we will bring it to a business near you, then they just cancelled my order. Bait and switch dishonest people

You may run into problems! I ordered my Ashley sofa set in Nov of 2018. I had structural issues with it and although it took quite some effort on my part, 1 Stop Bedrooms did replace it in May of 2019. However, by the end of June the issues were even worse with the replacement sofa. THIS time I am being told that there is no remedy since my one warranty will only cover parts. So even though I notified 1 Stop Bedrooms of issues within 30 days, I have been informed I am 'stuck' with this sofa. I have sent numerous emails and made phone calls and am being 'ghosted'. Nothing gets responded to.
I finally got a hold of the the Customer Relations Manager. She responded by stating they would do their best to rectify the issue. For over a month I had to follow up multiple times to find out the status. The response was always "We are still waiting to hear something". Finally when I pushed and asked to speak with the owner, the manager sent me an email stating "We replaced the first couch in good faith, so there is nothing else we can do for you" However, the replacement couch that was sent had frame issues WITHIN 30 DAYS! (No one in my home weighs more than 140 lbs) I have had TWO sofas sent WITHIN the last 11 months and both had structural and frame issues. Despite a full one year warranty on frame damage, 1StopBedrooms will not honor the warranty. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will continue to pursue this with Ashley furniture and the Better Business Bureau. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this purchase from 1StopBedrooms.

After purchasing a set of chairs from 1StopBedrooms there was a mix up on the number I received. I was suppose to receive a set of two, however only one had arrived. After speaking with Robin she has assured me that there is nothing to worry about and she will go above and beyond duty to make sure that we in fact receive our additional chair that we had previously purchased. Therefore I am entrusting the good name and reputation of 1StopBedrooms and after working with Robin I feel certain this unfortunate mistake will be taken care of as soon as possible.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

Answer: Hi Nancy, Sorry it took so long to respond. We estimate 4-6 weeks for delivery, to be safe, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks. This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
