Advice not to get stuck with them they are a kind of a scam and don't know how to talk to a customer. If you want HIGH BP most welcome to order with them. And their website never shows bad reviews so, this business is as shady as it can get.
Would give 0 star if i could. Suspect that most of the good reviews are fake.
It's been 6 weeks since I have ordered and I still haven't received my package. Never sends out tracking info. Asked for a refund 3 times and each time they say they will get back to me but they never do. Literally the worst furniture shopping experience in my entire life.
Also seems like they frequently call you to tell you that shipping is not free AFTER you place the order. Their prices are not competitive after the shipping fee is added.
Honestly I do not understand how they are still in business.
I'm excited about finding this piece at SUCH a great price. And shipping will be so fast a wonderful combination

Although I had ordered my bed back in July and did not receive it until today (Oct 11), I was very happy that Joan followed up immediately after my initial dissatisfactory review. After repeated attempts to contact customer service for a tracking number/order status, I was ready to accept that I may have been scammed. However, Joan reached out and was able to locate my order and provide tracking. The bed frame arrived in perfect condition, and the quality was very impressive from color to material. Even the bolts and screws had weight to them and were not cheap-feeling like Ikea. Although it was a two-person job, I was able to assemble the bed on my own (it took about 3 hours) with a bit of elbow grease. Thank you, Joan! You are an angel! I am obsessed with my new bed frame and my roommates have complimented how gorgeous it is. One star had to be removed for the months delay and previous terrible customer service.

This company is truly criminal. This situation is so asinine that I've had to get an attorney involved. They delivered a bed but not the one I ordered. They refused to pick it up or offer a refund for a BED WE DID NOT ORDER, so we had to dispute the charges with our bank. They sent a rebuttal with photos of the bed that we didn't order! They are wasting their time and money on their stupid mistakes. It's like an episode of dumb criminals. STAY AWAY!

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
