My experience with David st 1 stop bedroom was a very positive experience. He asked if I needed a mattress and box spring, told me the difference in the extended warranty, ordering through the Cudtomer service tech may be a shorter delivery period, and stayed on the line while my payment went through. You don't always have good experience with phone customer service reps, however this was a good experience. I will definitely buy from them again.

So over the past month we've been replacing our older high end furniture that was 13 years old after we decided not to move it. My wife talked me into giving the internet a shot and quite honestly I was really afraid of what we were going to get. To my very pleasant surprise our order from 1stopbedrooms arrived today. While it took a solid month to get it, the furniture was every bit as well made as our old $12,000 bedroom set for 1/3 of the cost. The construction and materials were absolutely first rate without the horrifying costs you see from some of the high end brands. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Finally got the new headboard. It was drop shipped straight to us. Now I just have to put it together myself and attach it to the bed. This whole order took a ridiculous amount of time on the phone. It took a ridiculous amount of time from order to finish. Never again. Employees could not care less
Right now, I'm rating this company a 1 star experience. My stuff has been sitting at the warehouse for 10 days and they say that the workers have not logged it in. The representative told me that it appears as though it's not there until they do this. They don't care if we're sleeping on a blow-up mattress. They don't care to even set a date to deliver and they won't let me talk to the warehouse. They won't even call the warehouse. They just keep telling me to wait a couple of days and call back. What I feel like is that they took $1,400 from me and won't deliver what I ordered. The reps are full of lip service... Acting like they're going to be flogged if they help me in any way shape or form. Never again. I should have just ordered directly from Ashley Furniture

I ordered my bedroom set for the first time. 2 weeks ago. David was the representative. He was very respectful and knowledgable. He answered all my questions. The entire transaction went smooth.
I decided to give it another try and called 1st stop again to order a office furniture. Once again David helped me with the order.

DO NOT order from this company. The furniture is extremely poor quality. I purchased a 2 seat reclining sofa and from DAY ONE there was a large gap between the seat and the footrest making it uncomfortable to sit on. It turns out the foam used was cheap so it deflated/twisted so there was nothing there but fabric. They sent a replacement piece that immediately did the same thing. Note: Their return policies including a 1 year warranty are a JOKE. Additionally, the "white glove service" takes forever. My sofa was in a warehouse for 3 weeks less than 30 miles away and they would not deliver until I complained multiple times and threatened to dispute the credit card charge. When they finally brought it to my home it was completed unwrapped, unprotected and delivered by 2 incompetent men. The whole process was a nightmare. Please save your money and time by NOT buying anything from them.
My delivery was done on time by these very amazing and friendly guys! The was no hustle or bustle! Thank you so much.

It took about a month from ordering the table to the actual delivery day. They kept me posted throughout the whole time. When I received the table it didn't look as gray as I thought it would be but it's real wood and the finished product was beautiful. Overall I'm satisfied I paid extra for the white glove delivery. It was sooo worth it for them to set it up and place it where I wanted it.

The entire process was smooth, the price was great, and it took less time than I expected from order to delivery. The couch doesn't seem as soft as when I first sat in it in a retail store but that could be my memory. It's the same sofa. Looks great and hope the sleeper works well when I use it.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
