I have called several times to have my furniture that was delivered to me ripped and holes in the wood fixed. They are saying they aren't going to fix it and offered me $100 to keep it like that mind you I paid for the 5 year warranty on damage and it was delivered like this. Wanting me to keep furniture that is ripped and with holes in the wood is not going to work for me if I seen it in a store ripped and with holes in the wood I wouldn't buy it why try to force me into keeping something I don't want. Basically this place is taking my money and trying to make me keep this damaged furniture.
Finally got my 4 month old king bed fixed as of June 15th. It collapsed on February 5th. It took 2 technician visits, over a hundred calls and emails. PLUS some of the rudest customer service ever!
The last encounter was absolutely it for me. The parts came broken! I lost it when the customer service representative told me that the company was doing me a favor. They did guarantee the bed would last longer than 4 months and said I got what I paid for. Obviously I was looking for a cheap bed when I purchased it
Purchased furniture set on 11/5/2020 and seven months later 5/16/2021 still no furniture. They have promised for the last 4 month it will be shipped on a certain date, well the last one was 5/15/2021 and still nothing and asked for a manager to contact me, they said manager will call you back, still nothing that was on 5/3/2021. No one can tell me when i will receive my furniture sure they knock something off the price (very little) but have no furniture now 7 months and no answers.

Love shopping with 1Stop Bedroom the delivery was on time the fireplace is gorgeous I get lots of compliments everyone wants to know where did I purchase it from I say 1Stop Bedroom of course.
I purchased a complete bedroom set and sectional from 1StopBedrooms and the delivery has been pushed back 3 times as of today. I understand that Covid has caused logistics issues; however, they have posted delivery timeframes that they aren't even close to meeting. I purchased my furniture back in February and my delivery date just got pushed back another two weeks today. I have ordered furniture from two other places that were able to keep my delivery dates within 2 weeks of the agreed delivery date. Definitely wasn't worth the hassle to save a couple dollars, pretty sure I could've had my furniture by now if I would've just ordered from Ashley directly as I have spoke with them about the items 1StopBedroom says are out of stock. Apparently, Ashley Furniture has been able to get their customers the pieces I ordered from 1StopBedroom on time. Spend a couple extra dollars for piece of mind... These online retailers are last to receive furniture from manufacturers and their delivery dates are inaccurate. I just hope that when its finally delivered nothing is damaged because looking at some of these reviews that is a whole different issue with 1StopBedrooms.

I bought a dinning set. The table was broken and after 6 month I bought it I'm still waiting for the set to arrive. I pay 3k for the set! They got my money and my product! I request a refund because i'm tired of waiting and they told me its not possible. I do not recommend this place to buy anything! I'm really upset and its really frustrating to call every week during 6 month and nobody giving an answer or an estimated date of delivery. Again, it's been half a year I bought it and i still dot get the product!
Ordered in MARCH and was told two weeks after it was supposed to ship that it was back ordered and would ship by May 7th. The pushed back the date now to JUNE. Then they called me after I got free shipping and told me I didn't pay shipping... I put my husband on the phone and he said the same thing I did and the guy backed down. They were trying to TRICK me into paying for while glove service. HIGHLY deceptive, very dishonest company, 0 integrity. I see they don't want to give people their money back. I think Ashley furniture doesn't make it anymore. They're still advertising it on their website! I'm filing with the BBB and having the credit card company reverse the payment. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Save yourself the headache, don't buy from this company. I bought a bed set 2 years ago that took 3 months to arrive and it came broken, damaged and stained everywhere. (Refunded me like 40-50 bucks) Fast forward to now, my bed is now broken again. I opened a claim almost 4 months ago! Nothing. I weigh 135 and I'm the only one who sleeps on this bed. It creeks and the mattress holder keep snapping and falling apart. No one will follow up with you and update you with your claim. You have to call yourself and wait in the damn line.
I finally got an email from them 4 months later and they're asking me to pay $200 for the part to be shipped, even with my warranty. I'm so sick of this company and the excuses they make.
And for the employee that may or may not reply to this, there is no excuse for a furniture company to treat customers like this, especially ones who pay extra for protection. Shipping should be included.
Selling items they do not have in stock, offering free shipping to then turn around and say oh wait shipping to you will be $299. But wait we will give you a deal and take $100 off and when you refuse that becomes $99. Then item is backordered, you cancel and they charge you a restocking fee (how when the item is not even in stock to begin with) and then a $1.75 fee per pound for shipping ( an item that was never shipped because it is not even in their warehouse to ship) Then you right a review and they flag it because they say you never did business with them. Stay clear!
I ordered nightstands on 3/3/21 for $328 from English Elm but the ship date at the time was a little further out. Then I found the nightstands on 1stopbedrooms for $388 but a sooner ship time. So I canceled my order at English Elm and placed a new one with 1Stopbedrooms. It was supposed to ship in March. Then they said it would ship on or before 4/8/21. I followed up with them on 04/27 and I was told it would be shipped that week. Well today is 5/3/21 so I called them, they said it should ship next week... I asked if they could give a discount or price match the set I canceled and they said no. Needless to say, I canceled my order and replaced at English Elm. I refuse to support 1StopBedrooms. While waiting on hold, their automated recording that plays actually said they price match and they have the best price guaranteed. I consider that false advertising as well. If you don't believe me, look up their other reviews! Check the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had read them before I trusted them with my money.
Not only do they NOT tell you about a change in backorder time frame but they also charge you a restocking fee for something they nor the company don't even have stock of! Ha! This place is a disappointment. If God forbid your order goes on backorder CANCEL THE ORDER! Don't be a fool and accept the backorder because who knows when you will actually get your stuff.
I do not recommend this company for anyone. I ordered my bed March 12,2021. It's almost May going on two months and I'm still waiting for my order. I'm better off getting a refund!
They had a damage bed delivered to me after waiting over six weeks they will not sent me another bed they get very unperfetional on the phone after making you wait a long time for some one to answer they do not get back to you about how they are going to take care of this matter the bed is already paid for and they will not refund our money.
So when you place an order, you have to call in to confirm your order afterwards, where they they try to tell you that you are out of their normal delivery area and try to charge $300 to deliver. Threaten to cancel the order and they will negotiate down in $100 increments to $0, then they try to sell their cosmetic warranty and scotch guard... oh, and if you call 2-3 different times within the same period of time, each person will give you a different made up estimation on delivery. FYI they will give you a few week estimation before you order, then after the order is placed all of the sudden it's months or they have no idea when order can be filled. Shop elsewhere

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
