We placed an order May 21st. We were quoted that it would arrive at the local warehouse between June 7-14. After the delivery date had passed and we hadn't heard anything, we checked and when we tracked it from the website, it then estimated January 15,2000. Yes not 2020 or 2021, but 2000. Then after we inquired we were informed it wouldn't arrive until maybe at the end of the month. This is an essential piece of furniture for the function of our the home we just moved into and we cannot wait. We have since discovered that we can buy this same piece of furniture from a local store for the same price. When we inquired about a refund they charged us a $992.65 fee on a $2394. 36 order. The only customer service person you can talk to is "remote" and cannot connect you with anyone that can make any changes or actually manage your situation. It seems that this is a recurring problem for this company. I order a cedar chest, very easy to put together. Lots of room inside it. I can also sit on it. Very durable strong.
The dates of my baby's bed delivery continues to change. I attempted to cancel the order and they want to charge me 35% of the cost and THE BED/MATTRESS HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET! I've been waiting over two months. Customer service has been extremely unprofessional and this has by far been the WORST consumer experience.

I dont know how they got all these good reviews you see first, but I can tell you the shipping takes months and weeks on weeks of lies and changing dates. And every time yu call to see why it's not shipped they tell yu it will be shipped next week its gonna be shipped next week when you call back after that week and call back next week and it's another week been going on for two months now. I order Aprill 19 2021 here it is June and I'm still waiting called on Tuesday and guess what? Its another week again for it to ship. I'll probably call Friday and once agin they will tell me another week its supposed be shipping out. I promise I will never order from here agin and I will never recommend someone. I'm only hopeing and praying nothing is wrong with the couches whenever they do arrive. I'm so over it and I cant even cancel cause they charge a 30% restocking fee witch I dont understand since it never left the floor. This is a stressful draw out purchase. I know they tired of me calling and emailing but if was even in shipping taking this long I could understand but it's still at the place I purchased from. If you reading this just dont do it. Find another place ooh and two week after I purchased the couches I got a call about a 149 delivery fee so watch out for that too.
My experience with this company started out fine, but ended terribly. This by far has to be THE WORST experience I have ever had when purchasing furniture. I ordered a set of couches on April 20, and was told to wait a full month for my order to even ship. The DAY AFTER it was supposed to ship, I contacted 1StopBedrooms (notice they didn't contact me) asking the status on my order. They proceeded to tell me it would be another FULL MONTH before I could expect my shipment. Ridiculous. So I finally managed to find a local set of couches and purchased them instead. I went to cancel my order with 1StopBedrooms (cause they we're still no where close to the new shipping day) they charged me a cancellation fee. Never heard of a two way agreement where the customer pays in full up front and expects the supplier to honor their agreement, then the supplier fails to deliver and still keeps the money. Stay away from this company, they will screw you every time.

I never expected the furniture to be top notch for the price. Glad I found this site. I wasn't looking for a kitchen table, just chairs for my dinning room. The I found the perfect kitchen table and chairs also.
I fell in love with a table I couldn't afford but found it here hundreds less than elsewhere. I was not familiar with the company so I was worried about ordering but I literally got my table a few days later and it is beautiful and great quality!
Wish I read reviews before buying here. I was told my order was in stock and would ship in 3-4 days. 3 months later I finally got it. And the $200 add on support system they made me get after I already bought the bed... well thats 3 tiny wood slats that usually come with a bed anyways. Take your business to a real store. Not worth trying to save a little money!
Have been looking for 2 ottomans to go with new living room furniture. Wanted something in the mid century modern style and found them on your website. I hesitate to buy something like this on line but it was a great purchase! The style, color and size was perfect. Everyone who sees them also loves them.
I purchased a dining room set from this company for $2800. A few days after purchasing I received a call from them saying I needed to pay an extra $500 for a transfer fee and sales tax that their site said would not be charged. I declined and found the set for $500 cheaper at another site. When I asked to cancel, they offered to match price but keep the transfer fee. I declined and, again, asked for refund. They stopped responding. I had to open a dispute with PayPal. Scam com. My mother also had issues with them.

I ordered a bedroom set that was supposed to arrive within a couple of weeks of ordering. After two weeks of waiting, I was notified that it was on backorder; I was willing to wait to the date they assured me would be ready. However, the day came and I never got a notification about anything. I had to call multiple times to find out where my furniture was... turns out they wanted me to wait another two months! I agreed to pay extra for another bedroom set that was in stock and that they assured me would ship out ASAP, but they only took my money and cancelled that bedroom set! I had also ordered a mattress and support system, but when I asked to cancel everything, they refused and wanted to charge me restocking fees! I am still contesting this for it is unacceptable. Save time and trouble by taking your business elsewhere.

They said they delivered 2 nightstands only received 1.1 customer service lady was rude in from NEW YORK 5/27/2021. Y'all need better custom services, and we still haven't seen that 2nd nightstand. I will update y'all.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
