1StopBedrooms is the biggest scammers. I ordered furniture on March 13,2021 and it is now August 30,2021 and I have no furniture. 1StopBedrooms claims that the warehouse lost the furniture. I contacted the warehouse and they never received the items. 1StopBedroom claims that they are going to do a rush order since the furniture was lost. The shipping date on the order status says will ship before February 20,2022. I have to wait another 6 months to get furniture after I have paid them $3000. 00 already. If you try to cancel your order they will charge you a 15 percent restocking fee and $1.75 shipping fee for every pound the furniture weighs. Which means I want even receive half my money back. What a big rip-off. Do not shop there. Save your money go somewhere else. All the good comments you see are generated by someone associated with the company. Scammers...
I wish I could offer a review on the actual product we ordered 6 months ago but unfortunately we still have not received it and the company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. We spent almost $4000 on a bed set 6 months ago and not only have we not received, but they still have no idea when we will receive it. I understand with covid that there are delays and things are back ordered but this is beyond reasonable with no one able to tell us where our order is. We ordered in March and it was supposed to be delivered in April, in April we are told it's going to be delayed until June, June comes and no one contracts us so I contact them and they say it will be July, then it's pushed out to early August. I reach out the first week of August, and was told finally that it was in route to the local delivery carrier in our area as of 7/27 and in about 10-14 days we should be contacted by the local delivery carrier to schedule the delivery… It's 8/23 and I have heard nothing so I called again and the person tells me it's still on the truck on its way to the local delivery carrier and will likely be another 1-2 weeks before it even arrives there… the person could not tell me where our order actually is, why it's been in route for a month and still not even going to arrive for a week or two… I'm sorry but I don't believe that our order has been on a truck in route for 6 weeks. That is unrealistic and unreliable. The representative then tells me he will make my order a priority… it should've been a priority from the start at this point but also he couldn't tell me anything specific that he could do that actually makes it a priority. He was just blowing smoke. We are so beyond frustrated that after all this time we might even cancel and are a little ashamed we let it go this far. Worst company ever!
I have furniture that has not arrived for 12 weeks. No one can give me a concrete update. They just keep saying in transit when I contact them. I've reached out via email... was it would be here soon - not true. I called and left my phone number for a call back - no one bothered to call. I called and was transferred to an outsourced, offshore agent that couldn't explain why restocking fee (should I want to cancel) was going to cost me $2,400.00! Then, the agent said she didn't have the ability to transfer me to a supervisor and someone would call me back in 48 hours! Naturally, no representatives bother to call proactively, but my affirm account has already paid out two payments plus the up front taxes that I had to pay. I can't reach the right people, can't get help, can't cancel, and can't dispute the payment. It's the worst kind of service. Regardless of global supply chain issues, the website should be honest about REALLYYYYY delayed delivery times and they shouldn't punish customers for being mad that they're making payments on furniture that is not in their home. Worst customer service ever, I regret buying anything here.
Ordered a rug, needed to return the unopened rug due to sizing. The company is very slow to respond to emails. Finally responded, gave me page-long instructions on how to return. I had to pay return shipping and was told I would be charged 20% restocking for an unopened rug. Then UPS held the item as undeliverable. I followed up, they gave me the wrong shipping address and then expect me to pay the additional $25 address change for UPS to correct their error. Terrible customer service, Shop elsewhere
I ordered a couch in March. I still do not have my couch!. He I ordered this couch they said it would
be here in 2 weeks. Every time I call after having to wait for 20 minutes they they me it is in transit and it will be there next week, Next week keeps coming but no couch I have paid two months payments on a couch I have never sat on or over laid my eyes on. Also there is no free shipping had to pay over 200 dollars for shipping. They call with this information after it is too late to cancel your order and if you want to cancel they say their is restocking fee. Dont ever buy anything from this company!
I wanted to return a table to this company. They tried to make it impossible for me to do so. I had to enlist Paypal's help. In addition, they wouldn't cooperate at all with the return. They also demanded taxes before shipping that were not discussed at the time of purchase. Fraudulent company. I will never buy anything from them. I will warn my friends and family against buying anything from them.

I ordered my furniture late May and expected to receive it by June 13th, based on the website and the fact this item said it was indeed in-stock. However, it is now going on August, and 1StopBedrooms has consistently given me the runaround. They insist on keeping my money, but yet cannot give me an actual shipping arrival date. It's now 07/27/2021, and I haven't received a call to from their shipping team to supposedly "schedule" my delivery. I recommend NEVER ordering from here. Their customer service is very lack-luster and they DO NOT accommodate their customers at all. I've ordered a new couch set and they keep insisting on still delivering this item and also taking a restock fee. Why? I am not able to even receive the actual time or date the order will actually be here. They have no empathy and simply do not care for their customers. The item was NEVER in-stock, but they listed as in-stock just to benefit from a sale they had. This is very unfortunate. I've also attached my order delivery summary and as you can see there have been on updates since the day I ordered it in May. I was working with their customer service rep Tris, and unfortunately she hasn't been very helpful. I've been trying to get in contact with a manager for an entire week and no one has reached out. Please save yourself time and order from a more reputable company.
I was mislead to say the least. Placed my order on June 25th, at which time I was told all my merchandise was in stock and would be shipped by July 21. On July 20, I was informed that "due to Covid", my merchandise was out of stock and would not be shipped for at least another month. Now, Covid was worse when I placed the order than when I received cancellation, and Covid certainly was n0t responsible for my merchandise disappearing from inventory. Buyer beware, especially if delivery timing is of any importance to you.

Drivers claimed they couldn't deliver the love seat but it was on their truck. They were suppose to deliver the loveseat at a later time but they made my fiance sign the delivery paper...
Even the lady on the phone who confirmed the delivery time told me they could only deliver 1 item at a time.
Now they're company is ignoring me claiming I received my love seat.

I am so upset with this company! I ordered my couch and love seat from 1stopbedroom because, I wanted blue furniture and and a certain brand and they had it. I really like it and it took 3 or 4 months to get it; I was understanding because it was in the middle when covid hit. Because I like my furniture and I could only find a canopy bed available that I liked from 1stopbedrooms, I decided to order from them again. Ordering from this company again was a big mistake! I ask a couple days later if I can change beds because I was told it cost $500 more dollars for parts not mentioned when I ordered bed. I was told that my bed already out for delivery, so I took out a credit to pay for the parts The bed nevwr ad it for over a month and not even the whole bed. First I got box spring and that was about a month later, then I got 2 bed post and mattress. Then for 3 months my other bed pieces were not to be found. Then a month later other pieces delivered but now headboard is damaged. Now the fault is really is the warehouse because they lost and damaged the headboard. I am told it will be November by the time I get the headboard, the bed can not be put together without it, and I want a refund with no fees because I can't sleep in my expensive bed that I am making payment on. I can sleep on mattress which I am willing to pay for and keep but I am no longer interested in the bed. I have to wait 8 months to have my bed complete and they want to keep my money after all of the waiting and bull$#*!. I should not have to be subject to fees because of the company inconvenience! Scam and I understand covid and short staff and whatever but I want my money! Not worth it shop local owned and support they will treat you better!
Our order was supposed to be shipped on June 30th, and was "Awaiting Acknowledgment all the way up until July 19th. We cancelled the order, and we were told we wouldn't be charged. The next day, suddenly the order is in transit, and they process it anyway and try to charge you to cancel it after they start shipping. No one can help you at customer service, everything is impossible, and we aren't the only ones who are screwed over like this. Don't use these guys. Find a company that won't scam you.

If your looking to buy, they will treat you like royalty and offer you the world. If you have issues they will treat you like the enemy. They claim the extended warranty only covers the price you pay for the contract, not getting it fixed.
If your trying to save money this site will be super appealing but I caution you to beware. Things are not as they always seem and this company is where the saying originated.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a sectional off of 1StopBedrooms.com on May 1st with the delivery date being May 25-June 01. While patiently waiting for the sofa I payed $2,1400 for I received an email on May 06 asking for verification of my billing/shipping information. When I called and spoke to a Sean I was informed my account had a "balance due" of $471.83. I was shocked to hear my purchase was on hold due to the fact I needed to pay Georgia state taxes and for the pillows that were falsely advertised on the website. I eventually paid the remaining balance and received an email on May 18th stating "Great news! Your order has shipped out and is in transit to your local delivery terminal." On June 2nd, still not having received my order, I called to speak with someone regarding the matter. Sergi T sent me an email stating the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." Sure enough I never got it. I called again on June 14th only to speak with Dawn S who emailed me the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." Today, June 23 I called for the third time asking if I should just cancel my order. Sergi T assured me that my order was on the way and even sent me an email stating the following "As per our conversation, your order is estimated to arrive at the local delivery carrier within next week." It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and 1 month since it's been "in transit" I would highly suggest thinking about whether or not you want to purchase your furniture off of 1StopBedrooms.com. Though their prices are better than most you will end up paying for it in the long run.
I live in Las Vegas, NV and purchases a dining table from 1stopbedrooms. It took 6 months for the table to arrive. The delivery guys left me a mess and didn't assemble the table correct. No worries because I purchased an extended warranty. Not the case, not only is the delivery team incompetent so is the customer service. They won't cover the seems of the table not closing or the paint chips on 2 out of 4 chairs. I don't recommend buying there warranty or spray protectant. Total waist of money.
Purchased furniture from 1stop in 2019. Reinsured by their included warranty. 2 years of minimal use, and this sofa (Ashley product) is in shambles. Broken frame, sunken cushions, saggy fabric. After months of pursuing warranty repair, we finally were scheduled for 'service'. Their service company schedules months out in advance and just made their 4th cancelation. Still stuck with this junk sofa (nearly 12 months now). Giving it a final shot and then punting to our attorney.
Beyond the warranty, don't bother requesting to speak to a manager at 1stop. They act like they're not available but reality is there aren't any! Shady management. Hoax warranty. Poor service. Shop somewhere else. Horrible!

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
