Would never purchase or deal with this company again. Their advertised delivery dates are fabrications, taking MANY months beyond. They also charge additional delivery fees to your card without consent. They do not allow for order cancellation and they do not honor price match. I have filed a BBB complaint and it has a warning on their website about purchases from the company.

Do not use this company

I ordered a recliner on 9-18-21. I do not have the recliner or a ship date. My order is still at stage 1 which was only supposed to last 1-4 days. Tried to cancel the order due to additional freight costs and was told about the cancellation fees. I also have an additional fee for a warranty. Service is terrible, policies are terrible, communication is terrible. Long hold times, short business hours, no response from management or cancellation team. Plus they have a D rating with the BBB for numerous complaints similar to mine.

I asked for upper manangment to call me back regarding the credit. I was given $199 (delivery fee) + $150 3 days off for failed delivery for loss of wages + $49 credit for 2 damaged chairs by Sam in writing via an email to me. Plus exchange of badly damamged beyond repair base and column.

Please have upper Mgmt call me now! It's been well over 3 weeks since my first request for them to call me. Now over a week for my seocnd request of a call back with now reply from 1 Stop Bedrooms

This is dragging on and on and is a very easy fix to which Andrew is now refusing to honor per Sam's previous commitment of a credit to me in writing via his email.

I spoke to Karla today who told me she was timing my call and it took me over a minute to explain to her (after being on hold for 40 min) she proceeds to then cut me off mid sentence and then hangs up on me.

Is this how you handle your customers who spend over $1000 on furniture from you?

I want UPPER MGMT to call me now!

This is poor customer service and extremely unprofessional to leave a customer waiting this long!

Who in upper Mgmt was asked to call me?

What is the persons name?

Why haven't they called me?

I want a call back now! I've waited long enough.

Horrible customer service. Waited months for order only to be told it was back ordered. Canceled order and charged astronomical amount of money to restock which was almost as much as the order and I received nothing except for a headache and extreme frustration. Do not order from this company!

BUYER BEWARE******* THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY PAYING FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD CHECKED BBB BEFORE I ORDERED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK THEIR HORRIFIC BBB REVIEWS BEFORE YOU ORDER. I ASSURE YOU, THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND NEVER DELIVER ANYTHING. AFTER RECEIVING NOTHING FOR OVER 60 DAYS AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRIES, I OPENED A DISPUTE WITH THE BBB AND MY CC COMPANY. THAT GOT THEIR ATTENTION. NOW CONVENIENTLY THEY ARE TELLING ME MY ORDER WILL BE ON HOLD FOR ANOTHER 90 DAYS BECAUSE THEY ARE MAD THAT I OPENED A DISPUTE.

I purchased a living room and dining room set in April 2021. I gave them $8000 and the salesman stated that I could pay the balance upon delivery. The original delivery date was July 2021. They moved it back to August 27th and then Sep 2nd. I received an email stating that the date was again pushed back to Oct 2nd. I have still not received anything. In addition, they signed me up for a payment plan without my permission for the balance of the purchase price. The financing company took two payments out before I put a hold on at my bank. I have been calling the company at least 3 times a week to cancel the order, but all I get is the voicemail. My daughter finally reached my salesman and he stated that there would be a restocking fee based on the weight of the order. I don't understand why, because the furniture was never in stock and had to be built at the factory. Please do not deal with this company because their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Wish I had read the reviews on BBB.org prior to ordering. Going on over 3 months now and still no furniture. They've pushed their shipments date back 3 times, ordered beginning of July 2021 and now they are saying end of December AND they refuse to cancel the order and issue a full refund. They want to charge 15% of purchase price as a "restocking fee" however they don't even have the product to restocking! Filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here.

I bought my couches August 14th and finally on September 10th they send an email the day they were supposably going to deliver my couches. Well email said backorder-delayed so now the shipping date is on October 5th. We really needed those couches we have no couches in our new apartment so we decided to cancel our order but they made it impossible to cancel our order they said it's a process to cancel an order and they first need to confirm the cancellation which I haven't heard back it's been more than a week. I guess I have to pay $200 for restocking fee makes no sense to me.

Bait and Switch

We ordered a sofa set in April. We were told at the time it would take 3-4 weeks. It is now Almost October. STILL Nothing. They have extended out delivery date 6 times. They never bother to call you btw. You always have to call then. They lie through their teeth about their delvery times to lure you in. They have nothing in stock and have to drop ship everything from the manufacturer. So don't fall for their BS delivery date lies. Save yourself some serious trouble and order directly from the manufacturer. We finally had to cancel order and are right back to where we started 5 months ago!

We ordered two dressers in 2020. They finally arrived in Nov 2021. One was fine, the other damaged so badly that it was not usable at all. They did send another one that arrived in Feb 2022. Unfortunately, that dresser too was damaged also. The slide in one of the drawers was completely broken in 2 pieces and there were nails sticking into the back of the dresser that seemed to have no purpose. We emailed them and offered to take the 2 damaged dressers apart and try make one usable dresser. We asked them to refund us 1/2 of the purchase price for one dresser since we would have to do a lot of labor to get a usable dresser. After all we did pay for two new usable dressers. They refused. And now it appears that they have blocked out email address. We believe this because when you email them you usually receive an auto reply saying that they will get back to you. We have received that auto replay after the last two emails we sent. Our recommendation is: do not buy from 1StopBedrooms. They take your money and do provide a quality product. If there is a problem, they do not provide customer service that is honorable and ethical.

Highly upset with this company

We found a beautiful dining set that we ordered from this company August 28th. A day later after we paid, we got a call from one of their agents stating that they needed to verify our address before shipping, and we did. We asked the agent when will our order ship out because at that time we did not have an expected delivery date, and he informed us 3-4 weeks. Because we were moving in our new home in less than a week, we raised a concern about the shipping, but he assured us that the item was in stock and he enticed us to just wait 3-4 weeks. We agreed because the set was so beautiful. 4-5 days later, I go and check the status of our order and they backordered it another 3-4 WEEKS! So our order that we were initially suppose to receive the end of September is now being pushed to end of October, early November. It is going on two weeks I have been trying to get a full refund, but they are trying to charge us a cancellation fee on behalf of their error and miscommunication. I have looked closely at their cancellation information, and it states that if we agree to a backorder, they would then ship out the order. We never agreed to a backorder, found out about the backorder on our own, and we were informed an earlier delivery date. I have been responding to them via email for 1.5 weeks now to no resolution of getting back our full refund. We were lied to after them taking the funds, and they are trying to hold us accountable for miscommunication on their end, and a delivery date they promised us that they can no longer grant because they noticed they actually did not have the item in stock. We are currently disputing with our bank.

On August 11,2021, I placed 3 orders, the shipping date was around the end of September, a few weeks passed and I received an email changing the date to October, November, February, and August 2022, when I decided I wanted to cancel the orders because I didn't want to wait, the company offered to cancel but charging me a 15% fee, I understand products can be late but the client has the right to decide it doesn't want to wait for soo long, or even a day late it is not the delivery date promised. Really unhappy, plus the time wasted calling customer service. Don't buy in a company that is selling what they don't have

Do not purchase anything from this company. The way to conduct their business is absolutely horrendous. I ordered an ottoman from them back in July with a shipping date 3 weeks out. That date came and went and finally after 4 weeks they sent me an email labeled "action required" when I clicked on the link it said my new shipping date would be October 4th. I was then given the option to keep my order with the new shipping date or cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order and ordered a different ottoman instead. THEY SHIPPED my initial order THE VERY NEXT DAY! When I called to cancel the 2nd order, they refused to cancel it because it too had already been shipped. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the "customer service" gal who refused to send me a return shipping label, refused to take any accountability for their mistake and sloppy business and refused to provide me contact information for her supervisor. So now I have 2 of their ottomans which the ottomans are great quality but now I have to pay to return my item because of THEIR incompetence. I WILL NEVER do business with this company again. Consider yourself warned. You'll also see they have thousands the same complaints with the better business bureau. I also contacted Ashley about them and they've also terminated their contractors and with them for this very reason. Avoid them at all costs and just order straight from Ashley.

What a bunch of scammers

SCAM ALERT AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will charge you extra after yoy buy your furniture if you live on the West coast. They lie on customer support saying they will ship your furniture out right away. Its been MONTHS! I ordered at the beginning on June and now being told I wont get my bed until Late November.

1StopBedrooms is the biggest scammers. I ordered furniture on March 13,2021 and it is now August 30,2021 and I have no furniture. 1StopBedrooms claims that the warehouse lost the furniture. I contacted the warehouse and they never received the items. 1StopBedroom claims that they are going to do a rush order since the furniture was lost. The shipping date on the order status says will ship before February 20,2022. I have to wait another 6 months to get furniture after I have paid them $3000. 00 already. If you try to cancel your order they will charge you a 15 percent restocking fee and $1.75 shipping fee for every pound the furniture weighs. Which means I want even receive half my money back. What a big rip-off. Do not shop there. Save your money go somewhere else. All the good comments you see are generated by someone associated with the company. Scammers...

Beyond Disappointed

I wish I could offer a review on the actual product we ordered 6 months ago but unfortunately we still have not received it and the company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. We spent almost $4000 on a bed set 6 months ago and not only have we not received, but they still have no idea when we will receive it. I understand with covid that there are delays and things are back ordered but this is beyond reasonable with no one able to tell us where our order is. We ordered in March and it was supposed to be delivered in April, in April we are told it's going to be delayed until June, June comes and no one contracts us so I contact them and they say it will be July, then it's pushed out to early August. I reach out the first week of August, and was told finally that it was in route to the local delivery carrier in our area as of 7/27 and in about 10-14 days we should be contacted by the local delivery carrier to schedule the delivery… It's 8/23 and I have heard nothing so I called again and the person tells me it's still on the truck on its way to the local delivery carrier and will likely be another 1-2 weeks before it even arrives there… the person could not tell me where our order actually is, why it's been in route for a month and still not even going to arrive for a week or two… I'm sorry but I don't believe that our order has been on a truck in route for 6 weeks. That is unrealistic and unreliable. The representative then tells me he will make my order a priority… it should've been a priority from the start at this point but also he couldn't tell me anything specific that he could do that actually makes it a priority. He was just blowing smoke. We are so beyond frustrated that after all this time we might even cancel and are a little ashamed we let it go this far. Worst company ever!

No one at this company cares about their customers

I have furniture that has not arrived for 12 weeks. No one can give me a concrete update. They just keep saying in transit when I contact them. I've reached out via email... was it would be here soon - not true. I called and left my phone number for a call back - no one bothered to call. I called and was transferred to an outsourced, offshore agent that couldn't explain why restocking fee (should I want to cancel) was going to cost me $2,400.00! Then, the agent said she didn't have the ability to transfer me to a supervisor and someone would call me back in 48 hours! Naturally, no representatives bother to call proactively, but my affirm account has already paid out two payments plus the up front taxes that I had to pay. I can't reach the right people, can't get help, can't cancel, and can't dispute the payment. It's the worst kind of service. Regardless of global supply chain issues, the website should be honest about REALLYYYYY delayed delivery times and they shouldn't punish customers for being mad that they're making payments on furniture that is not in their home. Worst customer service ever, I regret buying anything here.

Terrible customer service
September 10, 2021

Ordered a rug, needed to return the unopened rug due to sizing. The company is very slow to respond to emails. Finally responded, gave me page-long instructions on how to return. I had to pay return shipping and was told I would be charged 20% restocking for an unopened rug. Then UPS held the item as undeliverable. I followed up, they gave me the wrong shipping address and then expect me to pay the additional $25 address change for UPS to correct their error. Terrible customer service, Shop elsewhere
