Scam! I was led to believe it would get assembly with my order! Even their IG has been "assembly".

Well not only was my furniture left in boxes it was BROKEN. And even if it was in new condition. There weren't any assembly instructions.

Only way to "speak" to someone is SM DMs and now they won't even answer that!

CON ARTISTS!

My wife ordered two "espresso" colored end tables through 1StopBedrooms.com. When they were finally delivered, the labels on the box read "Espresso," but the tables were oak. We peeled back the "espresso" labels and the words "Mission Oak" was what was actually printed on the box! So, they purposely deceived us by trying to cover up the actual color.

After multiple cut & paste email replies stating, "We haven't forgotten about you. We are waiting to hear back from a 3rd party about your issue..." and many phone calls, they finally sent labels to return the tables.

They sent new ones after a long delay, but once again, they were the wrong color. We referred back to their website and they CHANGED THE PICTURES to match what they sent us. Fortunately, I had a screen shot of the "espresso" tables that had been on their website. Again, multiple e-mails & phone calls... they said they'd send the labels and give us a refund. After a few days of waiting for the labels, we got an email from a * wanting pictures of the tables they sent us. So, I had to call Customer Service again after * didn't respond to the pictures I sent. They said they can't help me because management took over our issue. So, management has not responded and you cannot contact them by phone.

Do NOT do business with these con artists. They're just a sorry excuse for a middleman anyway. They don't have any furniture. Just find who manufactures the piece you like on their site, then look up who sells it locally or you will LOSE MONEY with 1StopBedrooms.com. Any issues with your order and you are STUCK with it!

Worst company

Order a bedroom set January... I called in my order to check the status of the furniture I was ordering. I was told it was In stocked and would ship out in 3 weeks. That was a lie... many phone calls, many emails, and I like it from this company is Lars, I have my money I will not give me a refund and now my furniture is on back order until August can't get anyone to return emails or phone calls don't deal with this company

I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 wks. I canceled due to them not able to deliver, I waited for a year! Where is my money? You are holding at least $3500 worth of money that I gave you in good faith! What is wrong with you people? How can you do this to people? Do you have no honor?

I order my living room furniture on 02/15/2021. I received confirmation on 02/25/21 that my order is already on transit and DELIVERY DATE between March 11th to March 18th as of now still did not received my order and I called almost every day. All they keep telling me wrong info, on 04/12/21 call they said still not shipped, on 04/13/21 call they said shipped on 04/06/21 I should received call by this week or next week but they refuse to provide me tracking ALL LIES Never ordering any furniture again

I paid in full for a bedroom set in August, 2020. It is Now April of 2021 and I've got nothing. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've stayed home from work 4 times to get my stuff delivered. It's either broken or an incomplete order. Don't waste your time.

Buyer Beware

Ordered Furniture 11 days ago. Upon ordering, I was not notified bedroom set was out of stock. When I called customer service, I was asked if I wanted to "switch to something in stock." I opted to cancel order. They are wanting to keep >$300 for restocking/cancellation fee. Had I known it was out of stock, I would not have ordered. This responsibility falls on the company. I have yet to receive refund of over $2,000.

You order a product that is in stock, they take your money, you hear nothing, you follow up with a query, you are told it's going to be another 8 weeks, you request a refund, the request is IGNORED, you follow up with a phone call, you are told it'll be another week before you get your refund. Meanwhile, they are still advertising the thing you bought as if it's n stock! LIARS! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I got my sectional couch two years ago. As well as warranty for 5 years. I got a damaged couch. With white spots all over, damaged headrests, and strings coming out on the bottom. A guy was sent to fix it and but wasn't able to. The representative told me that I'll get a $100 refund for the inconvenience but NEVER told me that by refunding me he's removing my warranty. After two years, the leather is pealing off completely and after contacting 1Stopbedroom, I found out that the owner removed my warranty and is not willing to take care of the issue. I'm shocked by this behavior! Absolutely worst customer service! I never knew that my warranty was removed nor agreed to do so. Twice I contact the claim department and After 30 min hold time, both representatives hung up on me and the third time I called they never answer. Extremely rude! I have never experienced such s terrible customer service! I got a couch which I spent a lot for, only two years ago that looks as an item I picked up from the street. Not to mention that I rarely set on it because I'm never home. I wish I never purchased my couch from them. I'm simply shocked!

I purchased leather living room furniture and bought the 5 year warranty for the purchase. The furniture started to peel and the electric lift was messing up on my love seat before it was even a year old. I waited around six months to see if any of the other furniture was going to peel or break but it didn't during that time. I called and got a service date set up. The parts are were delivered and we set up a time for the technician to come out. He came out twice and then left because he stated that they were not allowing the allotted time for him to fix it. I finally had to contact BBB and they scheduled to come out and fix. During all this time our rocker recliner started peeling. I told the technician about it before he came out and he said that he would get the parts ordered and schedule another appointment to fix it. He came out and fixed the peeling and lift on the love seat and stated that I should hear something from them next week. A whole month went by and I did not hear anything. I tried contacting 1stopbedrooms and it takes more than an hour to get anyone. I did wait and a very unfriendly guy took down the parts I needed and put me on hold for around 15 minutes. He came back and stated that my parts were ordered and should be here in less than 2 weeks. I waited 5 weeks and nothing came. I finally went back to the BBB and filed another claim. I heard from 1stopbedrooms a couple of weeks later. They told me that the parts were no longer available so they could not replace the parts. They also stated that I was out of luck. No replacement no nothing. I contacted them again this morning and was told something different. The 5 year warranty is for only one repair in those five years so you better wait for 4 1/2 years, although your furniture is falling apart, and then call to have it fixed. In the meantime, they will probably not have the parts anymore to fix it. This has been the very worst experience I have ever had. Please refrain from buying from this company or it could this could very much become you. You can not ever talk to someone in management either. They are unreachable. Read all reviews not just the ones on their website. Thanks

I placed an order (#*******) with 1StopBedRoom on July 1,2020 for a matching set of (1) Dresser (778.36) and (2) Chest ($620.57). For which they charged my credit card in the amount of $1,497.18 on July 21,2020. Original deliver ETA was in August 2020. After many delays, blatant lies, and back and forth, they delivered the Chest and Dresser in December 2020. The Dresser came damaged, so it was returned back with the delivery truck. As of March 13,2021, this company has been giving me the run around and refuses to refund me for the Dresser even though it is in compliance with their return policy (and they haven't replaced the dresser). I simply want my money back and move on. What they are doing is CRIMINAL and should be investigated by the NY authorities and media. This company has had my full payment for over 9 months, hasn't delivered the Dresser, and won't GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I've been depressed and emotionally stressed over this ongoing issue especially during the pandemic. I have emails strings, order screenshots, and pictures to support my issue.

I was very happy with my purchase from 1StopBedrooms. The salesman, Simon, was very knowledgeable and personable. He told me I would receive my order in three to four weeks and it was delivered in three and a half. I'm already looking on what I want to buy next.

Horrible Customer Service!

Placed an order in October- arrived damaged- still haven't sent a repair person to the house- no refund or partial refund offered. Spent over $6,000 on poor quality furniture I can't use! Horrible experience- steer clear!

Company is not legit

Oder a table from 1stopbedrooms, 4 months ago. Never received it!
They tell me its on the way for months.
Then finally receive a message from Ryder,
There delivery company, whick I paid for.
Ryder told me that have never received the item. Here is the funny thing 1stopbedrooms told it something I have to take up with Ryder... hold on... I'm not a third party, I'm the customer. All 1stopbedrooms has is run around excuses for why they will try to steal your money.
Look them up on the Better Business Bureau they have over 2,000 complaints for 2020. DO NOT SHOP WITH 1STOPBEDROOMS! IT'S A HASSLE!

Purchase a Sectional

I purchased a sectional from there and item stated free shipping, however, they charged me $150 for shipping. Was not happy for that as it's false advertisement. Other than that, the sectional is beautiful but the only problem is that the chaise sucks you in.

I have been trying to send back in order that was accidentally sent to me along with my order. I've been trying for a month now to get these people to pick up everythingWith my willing to pay for my part of the shipping. They are impossible to do business with. Do not buy anything from This company unless you are sure that you will be keeping it otherwise you'll be screwed.

We ordered a dining table set and Vanity mirror table set. All except the Vanify mirror and table are broken! The legs of dining set were shattered. One chair broke when I sat in it! The delivery people contacted the warehouse to deliver new set and nothing happened! Contact 1Stopbedrooms no one picked up phone and then when they responded they said all were delivered with no issues! Try Instagram, they will send to claim dept but nothing happened. It is now 5 weeks since delivery and still no replacement! I would stay away from 1Stopbedrooms!
