Website is extremely efficient and easy to navigate. Sellers are top notch professionals. I have a lot of trust in 1st Dibs!

Can be somewhat frustrating as not everyone replies to questions about shipping. Something that is obviously important to me as a buyer from afar like Sydney, Australia.

I have a lot of trouble saving items that I may be interested in. There isn't the usual cart.

Something is wrong with your payment system and it has been a very frustrating experience!

Well the original order was canceled and I was not notified so I have had to reorder and pay for expideted shipping to ensure I get the package on time now.

So far so good. Seller has answered my questions, hopefully items arrive in goos time

Technical difficulties all afternoon. Your website should not lock into old data during sale. When payment appeared an old address appeared next to PayPal logo which was updated on your site and no longer on PayPal website, and change was not accepted so the next screen would not update. The order canceled. It now worked 7 hrs later.

I often shop and buy from 1st Dibbs and always have a good experience. Thank you.
